The Reaper and the Outcast pt. 16

Having had a long day today, Bahati and Hyung needed rest. Tomorrow is when they start the job.

"Can I use your shower?" Hyung asked.

"Of course." Bahati told him.

Hyung nodded and took off to the bathroom.

Si Hyuk stayed out of sight in as to not to disturb any of them. He sat by the window and stared at the starry sky, thinking about Taehyun and hoping he too was doing the same thing.

Jae just now noticed Bahati and what she was wearing. He never saw her wear make up before and the outfit she wore was sexy but he would never tell her that.

"You look nice." Jae told Bahati.

Bahati looked at him confused then looked down at herself and smiled back at him. She had forgotten what she was wearing for a second.

"Thank you." Like Hyung's comment earlier, Jae's comment made her......elated in a way. Small comments like these boosts her confidence a bit since she doesn't get them often.

Bahati went to her room to cornrow her hair back up before coming back out to the living room just when Hyung stepped out of the bathroom in nothing but a towel. He forgot where he was for a second, so accidentally flashed his bare torso.

Si Hyuk couldn't help but gape in awe at how attractive this young man was, but decided to avert his eyes back out the window. He didn't want to stare and be creepy.

Bahati's face flushed as she stared at Hyung in awe. I mean, she always found Hyung attractive but damn, he was more attractive than she thought. She wanted to turn her eyes away but she couldn't.

Hyung got embarrassed and blushed at the way Bahati was staring at him before he realized he was partially nude in front of her. He quickly tried to cover his chest before jumping over the couch and reaching for a t shirt to put on, and a pair of athletic shorts to sleep in.

Bahati was able to finally turn her head away as Hyung started putting on his clothes.

Jae only shook his head as he watched the scene. "Can she make it more obvious?" He thought.

"I'm so sorry. I seriously forgot where I was for a bit." Hyung apologized for his indecent-ness.

"No worries. I apologize for gawking like some pervert." Bahati said nervously.

"It's cool." Hyung told her reassuringly.

Si Hyuk silently chuckled to himself at the two of them. They reminded him of him and Taehyun when they first started dating.

Bahati ran to her bathroom to shower as well as to get away from that awkward situation.

Hyung jumped on the couch, which he slept in before and stared at the ceiling, thinking the job tomorrow but also thinking about the kiss from earlier. His index finger lightly grazed his bottom lip as he could still feel the warmth of Bahati's lips on his. His heart started racing again, so he clutched his chest tightly.

"Ah shit, I'm in trouble." He thought.

Bahati finished her shower, but she let the warm water continue to hit her face and naked body as she stood there in deep thought. She touched her lips and blushed before shaking away any thoughts of it.

"Nothing more than to show appreciation." She whispered to herself.

Then Jae popped in her mind.

"Why did I feel the need to explain myself like I cheated on a boyfriend?" She thought. "It wasn't what it looked like, headass." She thought again, smacking herself in the forehead. "What is wrong with me?" She asked, before sighing when the water turned cold and she started shivering.

She turned off the water, wrapped her nude body in a towel and left the bathroom, heading straight for her bedroom to change into her nightwear, which was similar to Hyung's, t shirt and shorts and bonnet.

"Goodnight." She yelled from inside her bedroom and everyone yelled back from outside hers, and Bahati and Hyung was able to slowly drift to sleep, while Jae and Si Hyuk were forced to stay up, star gazing.

However, Bahati didn't have pleasant dreams that night. Instead it seemed as though past memories were starting to resurface just like Jae's.
