Under One Roof

Abby, Eddie, Atlas, and Yasmeen walked into the airport, excitedly chattering as they sat down by the pick-up area.

"I cannot believe that we are all finally adults! And that we'll all finally meet each other," Atlas said, shaking his leg in excitement. As the four of them already lived in North Carolina, all Abby and Yasmeen needed to do was pick the other two up and their luggage and head to the airport. It was a long drive, one Yasmeen had dreaded, but they ended up making it to the airport in the late afternoon, just in time to wait for the rest of the group to arrive. Abby smirked, giving a small poke at Atlas.

"Finally an adult? I'm four years older than you, child." Atlas gave a fake glare, sticking his tongue out at her.

"Whatever. The only difference is that you can buy booze, not that you ever take advantage of that." Abby shook her head.

"Not my thing. What about you, Eddie?" Eddie nodded excitedly.

"Hell yeah! As soon as Carson and I turn 21, we're gonna get hammered. Well... legally, this time." Eddie and Atlas shared a high five, shouting exclamations of excitement.

"And this is why any alcohol we buy will be locked by me," Yasmeen said, reading the airplane landing times. There were two minutes left until everything changed.

"Ugh, you're no fun. I thought we were moving away from parental guidance," Eddie said. Everyone chuckled.

"Speaking of... Where exactly are we moving? You gave us the general area, but where exactly...?" Abby turned to Yasmeen, who gave a small smile.

"Don't worry about it. It's a surprise, okay?" Just as Yasmeen said that, a large group of people began to head down the escalator to where they were sitting.

Showtime.

The group of friends stood up, scanning the crowd for any familiar faces. Eddie was the first to find someone.

"LIAM!" Liam jumped up, looking around for the source of the yell, before being thoroughly being tackled into a hug by the other. Liam froze for a moment before setting his bag down beside him and embracing his friend, the two of them both yelling excitedly about meeting each other.

"You're here! In America! In North Carolina! Oh my gosh!" Eddie looked at Liam and gave a bright smile.

"I'm so glad after all these years, we are all finally together! And America is so much different than the UK. Everyone here looks so...Tired," Liam said, his British accent making a few heads turn.

Eddie nodded. "Well, you are in an airport, but yeah. Basically. You haven't even seen Yasmeen yet though," Emo said, the two heading back to where they were sitting down earlier.

Atlas spotted the next familiar face in the crowd, running over. Luna was looking down at her phone and was not expecting the tackle of a hug Atlas gave her. They both fell to the ground, Atlas giggling happily while Luna was still in shock. When she finally realized what happened and who was hugging her, she promptly hugged the other back.

"I can't believe this is happening," Luna exclaimed. Atlas gasped with delight.

"...What is it?" Luna looked up at Atlas before her friend started squealing.

"Your voice! It's so beautiful! And I love your accent!" Luna blushed to this, pushing Atlas off of her and brushing her clothes from the dirty airport floor.

"Hey, don't you know it's not nice to be rough with a ...friend... outside of bed?" Atlas winked at Luna seductively, who stammered and awkwardly shuffled to the rest of the group. He snickered and followed after her.
