"COLD FEET" Remington X Reader

"Its such a nice day today, huh (name)?" Asked Mei sipping her hot coco. "It sure is, but im just glad we finally get to hang out." (name) replied holding her mug to keep her hands warm. It was currently winter. You were sitting outside the cafe with your friend Mei drinking coco.

You honestly love the cold season because you never had cold or winter in your home town. While chilly season worked out for you, for some people, it didn't. "Anyway, Mei how is the printing press working out for you?" asked (name) while wrapping her scarf tighter around her neck. "Its going great! But Gust still criticizes my drawings for the paper through the mail. Honestly he such a bum." Mei said rolling her eyes.

As Gust began to pass by, Mei yelled out very loudly. "YOU COWARD! DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO DRAW FOR THE PAPER?!" "Oh please Mei, your drawings are terrible as your papers and the news." Gust stated simply walking QQ down the path twords the fountain. "STOP SENDING HATE MAIL YOU BUM! AT LEAST MY ART DOSENT LOOK LIKE QQ DID THEM!" scowled Mei.

Gust scowled back before walking twords QQ. (Name) was laughing the entire time throughout the conversation. "Well Mei, i hope you and Gust make up, but i have to go to work now." smiled (name) getting up. "Alright. Bye (name)!" waved Mei as you made your way down the hill twords town square. As you were walking, you saw Remington walking around town with only a light jacket and thin combat pants with boots. "Remi!" you exclaimed running twords him.

Remington turn twords you as you ran up to hug him. "Hey there angel. How are you?" asked Remington holding your waist. " Im doing fine, but Remi you're gonna catch a cold wearing something like this!" you exclaimed clearly worried for him. "Ill be fine Angel." he replied as you frowned. "Especially your feet! They dont good in the cold." you said. Remington chuckled. Sam and Arlo suddenly came by. "Hey there, little fellow.How are ya?" Sam said wrapping her her arm over your shoulders smiling at you.

"Hi Sam. Hi Arlo." you replied as Arlo patted your head smiling. "How is Remington's little 'angel' doing?" smirked Arlo. The blush crept up to your face as you smiled. "You're making her blush to much captain." Sam smirked at yours and Remington blushing faces. Arlo chuckled before saying; "well anyway we gotta go start running. We wouldn't want Paulie to be waiting." "Alright. You two go first." said Remington as Sam let go of you and Arlo left.

Before Remington could say anything, you took off your scarf and placed it around his neck and giving him a peck on his lips. "But Angel-" remington said before you cut him off. "No buts. I don't want you to get sick." you simply stated as Remington chuckled. He suddenly lifted you up kissing your lips making you surprised. You kissed back as he let go. "You're so stubborn Remi." you said embracing him. "You are too Angel." Replied Remington letting go so he could go start his morning laps.

You quickly buckled your jacket together and handed mars his needed commission items.

Remington Pov
As I came up to Paulie, Arlo, and Sam, they instantly started to smirk at me. "What?" I asked. Then they stared at the scarf. "Nothing." giggled Sam. "C'mon Remington. I must teach your feet how to get stronger in the winters." Paulie said as he took off his coat and threw it somewhere. Then, he ran off. Arlo dashed off as Sam did too. I then started to run twords them. After about 3 laps around portia, my feet began to ache with pain. Slowly, I began to lag behind. Sam, Arlo, and Paulie must've not notice, as I began to slow down and walk.

Sam's Pov
As we continued to run, I turn to remi gone. As I slow down, I told Paulie and Arlo that I was going to check on Remi. "I guess it's just you and me little man." Paulie said laughing. Arlo scoffed and suddenly ran faster than Paulie making him surprised. "Remi? Are ya alright?" I asked as I approached him. "Y-yeah." Remington groaned panting hard. "C'mon ill get you to your room." I said offering my hand. As i helped him up from the bench, his legs began to wobble. "Winter was never good for Remi." i thought. Suddenly (name) was passing by untill she saw Remington. She quickly walked over. "Remi! Are you okay?" she asked clearly worried. Remington just nodded as i supported him with my arm. "His feet just doesn't do good in this weather." i said as (name) just nodded.

Your pov~
As you were walking back after having with a chat with martha, you saw remington leaning against Sam breathing hard and legs wobbly. I quickly dashed over as Sam smiled, glad to see me. "Hey ya (name)." she said to me. I smiled back and looked at Remington. "Remi. Are you okay?" i asked. He just nodded. Sam pulled me over as she whispered in my ear; "Remi's tired. Take him back to your place ok?" Sam pulled away smirking. You began to feel the heat appear on your cheeks.

You just nodded as you wrapped your arm around Remington's waist. Sam smirked and waved at you before sprinting off. "Hang in there Remi." you said as he just nodded. You made it to your workshop as you kicked open the door and placed Remington on the bed. You manage to take off his boots and jacket. As you were about to remove your scarf off him, he grabbed your wrist stopping you. You tilted your head confused. Before he pulled you into his embrace. "You're not going anywhere Angel." said Remington pecking your forehead. "Ah! Remington! At least lemme take off my jacket!" you said blushing hard. "Fine." Remington groaned as you stood up and took off your jacket. You were wearing a short sleeves grey plain shirt. As you finally took off your boots, Remington grabbed you. Your back was against his chest as he put his face in the crook of your neck. You were red as a tomato right now. You flinched as Remington's cold nose and lips went against your neck and his cold hands went under your shirt and against your tummy. "Remi! Thats cold!" you whined as he smirked into your neck.

"You're so warm angel." Remington cooed as he pulled you closer. His body was freezing against yours. For Remington sake, you stayed like this the whole time, untill Remington turned you over looking into your eyes. You blushed as he wrapped his arm wrapped over waist pulling you closer until your lips were inches apart. He closed the gap by kissing you passionately. He finally let go of the kiss. "You're so mean Remi." you pouted as he chuckled. "Im cold. What do you expect?" Remington said smiling at you. "You could've asked instead of torturing me with your hands and face." you whined. "Alright, im sorry angel, can we please cuddle?" Remington asked. "Fine. Because you have cold feet, we can cuddle." you stated. Remington smiled and bury his face in the crook of your neck as he pulled you in and covered you guys with a blanket. He planted a small kiss on your neck. "I love you Angel~" Remington said breathing into your neck making yo blush. "I love you too Remi."
