"HURT" Albert X Reader

You were lying outside in the grass resting as Dr. Xu instructed. Well not lying outside, but just to rest. A small incident had happen that apparently made you a hero in town. You laid in your yard yawning quietly as you felt the sunshine hit your skin. Your arms were laid back to support your head and your legs were crossed. It was a bit of an awkward position, but you didn't care. You closed your eyes and inhaled deeply. The smell of the air and flowers were making you feel at peace. Heck, you didn't mind sleeping out here at all. "Pssst. Hey." You opened your eyes. "Huh?" you said sitting up looking around. "Oaks?" you said as he was crouching from behind a tree. He giggled before running away. You looked at the gate. There was a basket of apples in front of you with a pink ribbon tied at the top.

"Aroma apples?" you wondered picking up the big fruit. "Thanks for the free food. I guess." you said taking a bite. You remebered how you were getting so much gifts you got today. Something inside of you suddenly hurt. "What the?" You said lifting your shirt up just enough to see a big bruise on your stomach. "Oh yeah.. Almost forgot about you..." You said remembering what had happen.

~Flashback to yesterday~

"So what's the problem?" You asked as Sam helped you on her horse. "A animal is terrorizing the citizens that step a foot in the fields. So we are gonna get rid of it." Sam says. "What about Arlo and Remington?" you asked. "They are out with Mali."  "Sounds easy enough." you said as Teddy began to gallop twords the field. After a while, sure enough there was a huge animal was charging and attacking everything it sees. "Im going to try to hit it it." you said getting your sword out. Teddy stops as you got off to try to attack the creature. As you quietly got closer to the vicious animal, the animal spotted you. "Oh crap. SAM GET OUT OF-" Before you could finish the wild animal ram you into the lake with it's head. "(Name)!" Sam yells as Teddy chased the cotton llama away. You were struggling and out of breath as Sam grabbed your outstretched arm out of the water.

As Sam dragged you out, you were breathing hard and gagging. "I don't feel so good..." you said before passing out. "Oh god.. (Name)! Wake up!" Sam yells. "Teddy right here boy! We gotta take her to Dr. Xu." Teddy neighs and helps lift your unconscious body onto his back.

~TIME SKIP~

"Ugh...where..am I?" you wondered opening your eyes. "She's awake." Phyllis says smiling at you. You sat up in the bed looking around. "How are you feeling?" Dr. Xu asks as he was sitting in a chair reading a book. "Okay I guess. My stomachs feels weird." You replied. "Oh. Must be the medicine." Dr. Xu says. "Well some people are waiting for you outside." he says "For me? Are you serious?" I asked getting off the bed. "Im a man of my word." Replies the doctor.

You held your waist and limped to the door. After you opened the door, you were greeted by Sam, Albert, Arlo,  Remington, Mali, and Gale. "(Name)! You're ok!" Sam says hugging you. "Look. I'm so sorry about what happened, but you saved the day!" Sam exclaims. "What.. how.. I ... was.." You said trying to form words. "That animal was stabbed by a sword that looked like it belong to you." Says Remington. "What. The. How. I. Was. Lowkey. Dead that time." You said. "Well you can say that to your sword. You killed the beast." Says Arlo walking off. "Well, we gotta run. Hope you get well soon." Says Arlo. Remington and Sam waved bye along with Gale and left.

"Did you not know how worried I was? You could've died." Says Albert pulling you into his embrace. You hugged back. "Im sorry." You said before he kissed you. "Now I'm gonna have to spoil you." Albert says carrying bridal style leaving to your home. You smiled. "What did I do to deserve you?"
