Sky's POV

Harry and I fell asleep snuggle up on the couch. He held me close and tight, preventing me from falling off the couch. When my eyes opened, a small scream escaped my mouth. Cecelia stood, staring intently at me. "Morning lady" she smiled. I laughed at her name for me, realizing I'd never told her my actual name, and her assumption was quite amusing.

"Morning cutie" I smiled. I pulled Harrys tight grip away, and picked up the little girl. "Sky?" Harry murmured.

"Get up sleepy bear!" Cecelia laughed at the joke only she found funny. "Hey you" Harry tickled her little stomach and she giggled. Her arms stretched out towards Harry. "She likes me better"

I rolled my eyes and handed over the little girl. "Hungry" she patted her stomach.

Her eyes lit up when I opened the cabinet door, revealing a box of Lucky Charms. "Sky. Those are mine" Harry whispered and sounded almost panicked. "Babe we'll get more"

He nodded, still looking unsure of it all. I grabbed a paper bowl from the cabinet and poured a small amount of cereal for the little girl. She seemed satisfied without milk, and the amount I gave her was plenty. "See Harry. She eats as much as a mouse. There's plenty left love" I kissed his cheek and followed the little girl into the living room. She laid out her tiny pink blanket and sat cross legged on it. "Toons?"

I assumed that was short for cartoons and turned on the tv. "Stop!" She yelled when I flipped last the yellow square dude. I pressed the back button and she nodded her head when spongebob flashed across the screen.

"Sky? Come here" Harry said from the kitchen. "Hm?"

"I love you" he smiled before smashing his lips to mine. His hands gripped my waist and for that moment I was lost.

Lost in love and completely consumed by Harry and his chilling ways. I expected Cecelia to wonder up and say Harry had a girl stuck to his face or something else undeniably adorable, but she didn't. Even though I thought she was the cutest thing ever, I was grateful she didn't interrupt this moment I was captivated by. Harrys lips moved away from mine.

He stared into my naked blue eyes; no makeup to accentuate the ocean colored eyes... But apparently they were the most beautiful things to him. "Harry?" I whispered into the small space between us "why are you looking into my eyes"

"Because they're so easy to get lost in"

Harrys POV

Cecelia was sat on my lap, attempting to read a magazine she found in the bathroom. "Look Harry at kitty" she squealed at the magazine. "Yes kitty... Sky? Where's Luna?"

Sky insisted on keeping Luna locked up while Cecelia was here, out of fear that she was allergic or scared. "Harry I don't think that's a good idea"

"It'll be ok"

She looked hesitant, but unlocked the bedroom anyways. "Look Cecelia!" I pointed to the frolicking cat. "KITTY!" She screamed and jumped off my lap. I ran after the charging toddler and scooped her up before she could reach the unsure cat. "I want the kitty Harry"

"There's some rules you gotta follow love. No pulling, dragging or grabbing or the kitty will bite you"

"Harry!" Sky scolded me on my truthful statement.

"She's gotta know the truth love. Now Cecelia, got it? Be very gentle and no screaming"

"Shh" she said, holding her finger to her lips. "Yes shhh" I confirmed. Finally comfortable, I set the giddy girl down to meet Luna.

"Hi Kitty" she smiled. She seemed hesitant at first, but finally she stroked the thick, gray coat covering Luna. "Harry look the kitty is nice" Cecelia smiled up at me.

Sky threaded her arm though the bend of my and laid her head on my shoulder. "You're gonna be an amazing dad some day"

Her intention was to compliment my caring side, and tendency to gain children's trust quickly I assumed; so why was I uncomfortable. Why did I remove her arm from mine?

Why did I lock myself in our room if her intentions were so harmless?

Sky's POV

"CeCe you stay here and be a god gurl. I'll be right back ok?"

"Okay!" She seemed entertained enough by Luna that I could slip away and lay into Harry for his unacceptable disappearance.

"Honestly Harry? What is it this time?"

"Nothing..."

"You know I'm tired of this. Every time I even say the word dad or marriage you flip! I'm done! Why? Why are you so sensitive to the subject?!?!" I yelled. "Because I'm not ready. And I don't know if I ever will be ready Sky"

"You mean no marriage? Then where's our future headed Harry? Or has it been a dead end all along?"

He paused....

The silence was deafening...

You could probably hear the loud, race of my heart across the room.

"No"

A small sense of relief fell over me, but there was still part of the question going unanswered. "Sky I love you. You have to know that. But I really don't ever see myself getting married"

"So it is just a dead end. This is it"

"No it's not" he defended.

"Harry! Open your eyes! My ethics are simple: marriage first before anything. So this is all Harry. I'll never get to steal your last name like I've dreamed of doing every second of my life. I'll never wear that big white wedding dress and feel those butterflies when I see you at the end of the aisle. I'll never be able to be the mother of your children. I'll never get to say 'that's my husband playing with my baby girl'. And Harry that hurts like hell"

"You want a girl?"

"HONESTLY?" I was beyond mad "that's the only thing you pick up from that conversation!"

"I want a girl too"

"What does it matter Harry! It isn't going to happen"

I was so done with this. I'm fed up with it all. This relationship basically ends here. Nothing more will spark between us and I just can't deal with that.

Without a second thought, I stormed out of the room and into the living. "Why are you crying" Cecelia referred the unintentional tears rolling down my face. "I got to go bye bye honey. Harrys in the bedroom if you need him"

I quickly ran out of the apartment before Harry could stop my pursuit.
