Harrys POV

Sky was gone, and whether or not she took the car remained unknown. My instinct begged me to run after my devastated girl, but reality hit me like a bus when Cecilia pulled at the hem of my tshirt. "Where'd the pretty lady go?"

This is like one of those two way roads.

Do I wait and see if Sky comes back?

Or do I load up the baby and take off after her?

I'm leaning towards option two because Sky doesn't know her way around this town yet and every second that passes I grow a little more worried. "C'mon baby we gotta go find her"

"We playing hide and seek?" She smiled. "Sort of" I tried to convince the little girl. She clapped and slipped on her little shoes. To speed things up, I scooped her up and rushed out of the apartment.

When I saw the car I didn't know if I should be worried she's walking blindly through the town or thankful I could drive to find her. I think I would've been more comfortable if she would've taken the car. "I need my car seat!" Cecelia panicked. "It's in the car, now c'mon jump in"

She crawled into the seat and took charge by buckling herself in. I check the restraint to make sure it was safe and sure enough it was. Quickly, but still safely, I backed out and prepared my eyes to search for Sky. "Hey CeCe wanna play a game?"

She smiled and shook her head yes. "Ok first one to find the pretty lady wins a cookie!"

"Yeah!" She clapped and directed her head of curls out the window.

My speed was under the regulated limit but that was honestly the last thing on my mind. My main focus here was to find Sky and tell her everything she deserves to hear.

Sky's POV.

Thankfully it wasn't cold, but it wasn't hot. It was the perfect day to get into a fight and run away.

A small fear grew in my mind as I continued to my venture into unknown territory. I don't know where I am or where I'm going, but somehow I'm remaining exceptionally calm. A small restaurant looking place lit up on the corner ahead. I had no money, my eyes were red from crying and I look a mess, but I went anyways.

The aroma of fresh bakery treats calmed me for some reason. I sat and watched a young boy roll out a new batch of dough. Something about the small cafe was calming. It was nice not to go running to some harsh, cold bar, like we somehow always end up doing. "What can I get you dear?" A middle aged woman asked me politely. She seemed almost fiction with her little apron on, flour smeared across the front, a pad of paper in her hand and her hair pinned up. "Oh nothing. I don't have money with me. I just came in to sit down"

The woman smiled and walked away. The open ended conversation left me confused, but I just returned focus to the hardworking teenager. "Here" the woman had returned with a white, glass mug filled to the brim with coffee. "Oh but I can't-"

"It's ok. Just promise me you'll enjoy it"

"Definitely, thank you" I smiled. "Your accent... British?"

"Yes ma'am"

"And what on earth are you doing in this drab of a country?"

"I ask myself that question some times..."

I have. Honestly, if this is all between Harry and I, I don't know if I can stand it much longer. "It's a man isn't it?" She seemed to read part of my mind. Her company was comforting so I invited her into the booth with me. "Yes. It's a very complicated, twisted background but somehow we fell in love, separated, and I found him. I came over here for a trip and we reunited unknowingly. I had know idea where'd he'd gone and when I saw him I thought it was a dream. I never stopped loving him. I moved here to be with him. And it's been almost a month now. He knew a woman who had a small girl names Cecelia. We offered to watch her one night. When I saw the way he interacted with her, having a baby was all I could think about. But I have morals"

"As you should!" The lady jumped on the bandwagon that is me. "And marriage comes first. I've always felt that way. But now he says he isn't sure he wants to be married and he really never wanted to get married. I've discussed it before with him and I was exceptionally upset, so we dropped the subject. And I brought it up again today. He said the same thing, and when I started going on about what I dreamed of doing someday, and in the jumble of stuff I said I wanted a girl. When I was finally done, he said he wanted a girl too. I was so infuriated with him. That big, long mess of words, and he only picks up that I want a girl? And what does it even matter it isn't going to happen!"

"Listen, it sounds like he's scared. I'd hate to make assumptions but it sounds like he fears marriage"

"Why would he fear marriage?"

"Fear of commitment or maybe it's that he's scared he won't live up to your expectations"

"Maybe you're right"

"FOUND HER!" A little voice yelled across the desolate cafe. Cecelia was pointing at me with one hand while her other hand reached up to hold Harry's hand. Harry smiled weakly at me. "Harry..."

"I assume this is him" the woman whispered "I can see why you wanna marry him. Good luck honey" she winked and returned to work.

"Sky please come home. It haven't even been an hour and I miss you more than the moon misses the sun when it sets"

"Harry... I'll come home..."

He moved closer and wrapped me closely with his one free arm. "Harry! I want my cookie!"

He laughed and pulled out his wallet from his back pocket. Harrys left hand kept ahold of Cecelia's, but his right hand held mine. "I love you Sky" he said at a level only I could hear. "I love you too" I leaned over, pushed up on my toes and kissed his cheek. "That one Harry!" Cecelia pointed to a cookie topped in pink, sparkling icing.

The woman I spilled, basically my entire life story to, rung us up. "Have a good day" she smiled. I looked back as we left and she nodded.

Harrys POV

We drove home, just in time to catch Cathy. "I baby!" Cathy knelt down while Cecelia took off running into her mothers arms. "Mommy!"

"I'll go get her stuff" Sky said, and slipped away to the bedroom. "Here" Cathy handed me a 50 dollar bill. "No no no. It was our pleasure. Trust me this little cute helped us out in a strange way"

"Well I take it you were a good girl?"

"Very good!"

Sky came out with her little suitcase, "Here you go!"

"Thank you guys so much!" Cathy smiled. "Anytime. Please call anytime you need us to watch her! We really love having her" Sky smiled.

I locked the door behind them and stood at the doorway. "What?" Sky laughed at my continuous gaze towards her. "I just love looking at you"

"You should really find a hobby" she smirked before disappearing into the bathroom.
