Why blame her? This comment was posted in order to blame her. This is not right. If anything like they're suggesting did happen to her, it's... It's.... Supporting paedophiles? I don't know how to explain it, but it's justification.

So, she was kidnapped from her own home. And was wearing a blue floral shirt and jeans. Nothing suggestive. She didn't go looking for anything. She was taken from the safety of her own home in broad daylight (assuming so because the neighbour identified a yellow bandana), where she was then raped and murdered.

Alright. Let me explain mindfulness because I've been taught it by every counsellor, teacher and advisor I've had. I've basically studied it for roughly 5 years? I mean, mindfulness is what they reach you when you're a depressed little shit like me, so yeah.
Mindfulness is being aware of what's happening in the moment. Rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, you focus on what's happening right now.
