Black Van

Aero's Third POV

The three kids were at the tower with Tony, working on their suits, projects or even homework. But Aero is just at the side, avoiding every eyes. The tension was unbearable and nobody was liking. There was just Peter and Hunter, working together, murmuring things, but there wasn't really any eye contact.

"You know what?! This blows!" Hunter shouts, "We're all civilized people, so why don't we act like it!", they all looked at each other in shame, but didn't do anything. Aero then putted on a stone cold face and looks Tony dead in the eye.

"What?" He asks, mouthful of the banana he was eating.

"Tell me," she said, as Peter and Hunter look between the two with confusion.

"Tell you what, Raven?", asked Hunter, using her nickname. Aero stood, slowly walking to Tony. He swallowed loudly.

"He's not telling how severe is Peter's condition was. He's more hurt that both of them are letting on." She says, stopping to look at Peter, who holds a guilty expression. Hunter pulled away from him, frowning.

"What does she mean. Peter, what does she mean?!", Peter turned to Hunter, desperate to get her to understand that he did it for her and Aero.

"Hey. Hey, calm down! It's nothing, really! I'm fine! I'm alive!", Aero putted on a pained, yet pissed expression.

"Yeah, for now!", she said, as she started to walk to her friend, "Peter, what if you don't make it through...through whatever's going on!? What if you die?! What Hunter loses you?! What if-What if I lose you?!", she screamed.

"Wha-What do you mean?", he asked. Hunter turned away, sitting next to Tony to give privacy to the two other. Aero, in that moment, realized that this was much more than a school girl crush, and Peter realized the same thing. As if reading each other's minds, they leaned in closer. Peter put his hand on her cheek while she kept her hands at her sides. They leaned closer and locked lips. Hunter started fangirling and Tony couldn't help but smile. Finally!, she though.

They pulled away and looked into each other's eyes, Peter not moving his hand from her cheek.

"I've been wanting to do that for awhile," Peter said, his eyes bouncing from each of Aero's eyes.

"Yeah, me too," she said back. Hunter jumped on the stop.

"You know, were still there," said Tony, and Hunter smacked her hand on his arm.

"You ruined the moment!", she said.

Aero giggled when she felt Peter's other hand softly land on her other cheek, making her look at him. He pulled her face closer to his and they kissed again, but more passionately this time.

Hunter felt the butterflies in her stomach. Oh, how she wished she could feel love like them... She felt a bit of jealousy, but pushed it back instantly. It was their moment. She should feel happy for them. Right?

They pulled away, and Aero looked at Peter with stern eyes.

"I'm still pissed." She said.

"I figured," he said as Aero walked with her back to Peter and crossed her hands over her stomach, feeling the pang of hurt hit her like semi truck.

"So, is someone going to tell me what's going on?", she asked, facing the group with tears in her eyes. Mr Stark sighed.

"The Rhino's horns," he just said, leaving the girls confused.

"What the hell is talking about!? I broke those damned things!" Aero cursed.

"Yeah, but before that, it injured Peter. And those things are made of poison. It's burning Spidey here," he said sadly, looking away.

Aero and Hunter's heads shoot to Peter, whose head is down.

"How bad is it?" Aero asks after a long silence.

"Hard to tell. All we know is its eating from the inside." Tony says, head down as well. Hunter stormed out of the room.

"Hunter-" Peter started.

"Just stop," Aero said, before following her friend. She ran after her friend, bumping into some interns, apologizing. In a pool of employees, she lost Hunter's track.

"Hunter!" She shouts, but theres no answer.

Aero starts to panic. She might lose Peter, she can't lose Hunter.

"Hunter!" She shouts again.

She looks out the glass doors of the tower and sees Hunter being shoved in a black van by three men. Hunter shouts and kicks, but they managed to get her in the car.

"No. NO!" Aero shouts.

She runs into the lab where Peter and Tony still stand there in silence. They are the terrified look on Aero's face and leap into action.

"Hunter! Van! Gone!" She shouts, not able to make full sentences.

"Whoa whoa whoa, calm down." Peter says, putting a hand on Aero's shoulder.

"Hunter was taken! Three guys shoved her in a van and LEFT!"

Aero was beyond scared. Her best friend was just kidnapped by god know who and she has no idea where they went.

"What?" Peter asks, staggering back a couple feet.

Aero grabbed his arm to prevent him from falling.

"We-we have to find her." He says.

"No." Aero says.

"Like hell I'm not!" He shouts.

"She's right kid. You're in no condition to walk down the hallway, let alone fight." Tony says.

"But that's my sister. Tell me, Mr. Stark, if someone you cared about was put in danger, would you give a damn what condition you were in?" Peter asks.

Tony looked at his feet.

"I didn't think so." Peter spat, starting to hobble to the exit of the lab.

"Where are you going?" Aero asks.

"I'm going to save my sister." He says, not looking behind.

"He's going to get himself killed." Tony says.

"Not if I can help it." Aero says, sprinting after her- she didn't even know what to call him.

When she saw him leaning against the wall, wincing in pain, she ran over to him.

"Oh god." She says.

"You're not going to start playing the overprotective girlfriend role right?" He asks, holding the cut along his side that Rhino had given him.

"Is that what I am now?" She asks, putting her hand on his; the hand that was on his side.

"If you want to." He says, looking at her.

She answers his inquiry with a kiss on the lips. When she pulls away, he smiles.

"I'll take that as a yes."
