Two more balmy days passed. Two days without her by my side. The apartment was empty, no trace of her. It was quiet, it did not feel like it's my home anymore. Y/N is my home, my place to feel good. My sanctuary when I am feeling well or ill. She gives me what I need to live on, love and security. And now? Now I've lost everything, lost my one and only.
Suddenly my mobile phone display light up, a new message. I hurriedly grinned, hoping it was a message from her. I unlocked my phone and clicked on the message, I was directed to my post on Instagram.

My heart stopped for a moment, a little grin formed on my lips. I shouldn't pretend to much in this, but it makes me happy in the inside.
Then my phone pinged again, I looked at it and couldn't hide my big smile, a little tear ran down my cheek and dropped on the message I got.

I laid my phone aside, couldn't believe what just happened. Y/N still loves me after all I did. Tears were running down my face, tears of joy. It felt like all my burden was taken away from me. I was afraid of her reaction to this post, afraid of rejection. But I was wrong. I took the phone again, wanted to answer her comment:

I switched my phone of, put it in my jeans pocket. With a bright smile I walked out of the kitchen to the living room.
I stopped in front of the window, watching the full moon in the sky. The stars shone particularly bright today, which made the atmosphere even more mhystic. On closer inspection, I suddenly saw a shooting star fly past, so I decided to wish for something small.
