"Alright, we all know our roles. I am a servant for the prince, Jack. Tyler is his lead bodyguard, you go everywhere with him as well as me. Ethan is his physician. You don't always need to be there but there are times that it will be important, like meals or activities. We will need to show Jack how he should act; hopefully, that won't take too long."
"What if Jack slips up? We all know he isn't exactly royalty material." Ethan's comment caused the prince to frown in disagreement but he did not speak it out loud. Instead, he just answered his question.
"We can say that it is part of his culture or upbringing. They won't know any better since it will seem that we come from another kingdom that they don't know about."
"We also need to talk about what will happen if we get caught." Tyler brought this up but maul shook his head.
"We won't get caught. "
"But if we do, what will we do?" That left the Prince thinking. What would they do? It would ruin everything if they got caught. However, he couldn't think of any plan.
"I don't know what we would do. It would depend on what happens. "
"But -"
"Tyler, we are going to leave out for now."
"Yes, sir. " Tyler didn't want to leave out but he went going to argue with his Prince.
"At most, we should be a week, however even that seems long," Ethan spoke up and changed the subject.
"That does seem long, but at least out will give us the maximum amount of time in the city. We can have some people just outside of town that we can send someone to with updates of how we are doing."
"What good will that do us, markiplier?" Ethan didn't seem thrilled about having a meetup team.
"It will help them prepare for when we are ready to go. They can have everything ready that we would need. Clothes, a quick getaway, back up." Tyler was nodding in agreement as the wooden man spoke, understanding his reasoning.
"That will help. It can also keep us in the loop with everything going on back at the tree."
"I will go talk to Amy." Ethan took leave to go do what he had stated that he would do. Now it is Mark and Tyler.
"You seem happy with him."
"With Jack? Yeah, I am. He is a good friend."
"You care for him."
"Of course."
"As more than a friend." Tyler added to his previous statement and for a moment thought he crossed a line with how quiet Mark went. "I'm sorry-"
"You might be right, but let's not tell anyone that, yeah?" Mark gave his friend a tilted smile. "Is there anything else we need to plan?"
"Yes, but it can wait. Rose might need you."
"Right. I need to make sure my pants fit." Both men chuckled before the prince walked away to find the small girl. Rose was working on a part of Jack's costume when the half Korean man approached her. "How are you doing rose?"
"Pretty well. Your pants are folded next to the bag if you want to try them on. I can make alterations while they are on you."
"Wow, you're good."
"Only the best for the prince." She gave him a smile, looking up from her work. "Do you want me to make a top for your disguise?"
"No, you're fine. If I wanted a top before I would have said it when you showed us the sketches."
"I'm just making sure. I want you all to be comfortable."
"Weren't you going to put Jack in a dress?"
"Well, I want most of you comfortable." Mark laughed at her revised statement and picked up the pants. "I can't help it with Jack. It's just fun to tease and such."
"I'm sure it is. I'm going to try these on. I will be back."
"And I will be waiting." Rose looked back down at the costume in her lap. Mark left to try on the pants. The young woman was once again left alone to work. She seemed calm and focused, wanting these costumes you come out as perfect as she could get them. Her fingers felt like pin cushions from how often she was stabbing herself with the sewing needle and the pins holding the fabric together. However, even with her fingers in pain, she was enjoying her work. She loved seeing it come all together. Mark came back with the pants on and no shirt since this is how it was supposed to be worn.
"They might be a bit long in the legs." He motioned to the poofed out pant legs.
"They are supposed to be. It makes them look bigger."
"Oh, alright then." Rose grinned and finally set her work to the side. While she stood the Prince walked closer to her so she didn't have to walk as far to him. Rose knelt down to adjust the pant legs on the bottom.
"I... Have a question."
"What is it?"
"Will you be going to see if William and Sam are at the castle? Tim and I are really worried about them."
"I will look for them, don't worry. I haven't forgotten about them." He saw Rose relax a bit, even heard her sigh a bit.
"Do you think that they are ok?" Mark thought for a moment about the young girl's question. He had a feeling that if Felix had gotten them they were not ok. In fact, he was sure that he was only going to find one of them.
"Yeah," He told her. "I'm sure that they are ok." He felt a bit guilty that he had not told her what he really thought, but he told himself that not telling her was the right thing to do. He didn't want her to worry more than she possibly could be right now.
"Alright, these pants look good. You can change out of them now." Mark started walking away. "Oh, when you are done, can you get the others? I want to make sure everything I have so far fits."
"I will."
"Thank you."
"Your welcome."
