Chapter 30

Peter's POV

Time Skip... Six Months Later...

 Tony and I are six months into our relationship now and I couldn't be happier. The haters have officially backed off seeing that Tony and I have yet to split and indeed sincerely love one another. I actually bought Tony something really special to celebrate the occasion. He showers me with so many gifts and I wanted to do something for him for a change. I bought him something that he's been wanting for a long time, which is a Casablanca Theorema handmade German watch. They normally run for over a thousand dollars and I got it down to three hundred and fifty dollars. That's a pretty steep discount if you ask me. It cost me a fortune compared to any of Tony's purchases but it was worth it, he's worth it. 

     We're sitting in his office having lunch together. I'm nervously fiddling with the box in my pocket. "Tony, love, I got something special for you. I really hope you like it." He looks at me in surprise. "Love, you didn't have to get me anything. If anything, it should be me spoiling you." I chuckle at that. "Tony, you do so much for me. I wanted to do something for you for a change." I take the box out of my pocket and give it to him. I watch him carefully as he unwraps the cute bow on the box before gently opening the box. When he does, he gasps and a hand covers his mouth. 

      "Peter, you didn't!" I grin. "I sure did. I know how badly you've been wanting one of those watches. You've been eyeing them at every jewelry store we've passed in the city for nearly three months now. They normally go for a thousand dollars but I got a great deal online for yours. Yours only cost me three hundred and fifty dollars." He frowns slightly. "That's a lot of money for you, especially since you're still paying off some of your bills." I wave his concern away. "No, you're not paying me back a dime of the money that I spent on the watch. This is my gift to you. You deserve it. You do everything for me. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for you. Please accept this gift of gratitude that you truly do deserve." 

      He tears up a bit as he places the watch around his wrist, admiring its beauty even further. "God, I love you so much. Thank you. This is the best gift that I've ever received. I'll cherish it forever." I get down on my knees in front of him and hold his hands, looking up into the eyes of the man that I love most in the universe. "I love you 3000 and don't ever forget that." He smiles softly at me and cups my cheek. "I love you 3000 my dear Peter Parker." I'm overwhelmed by that amount of love that is flowing between us in this moment and in any moment really. We belong together. I want to stay this way with him for all of my days.
