(Scott's POV)
we sit back down with (y/n) and everyone else.
"Sorry Liam just felt a little sick for a second." I said, trying to play it cool.
"It's cool." She says smiling. I think it's actually working!

--------the next day------

(Your POV)
I woke up to the sweet smell of apricot and fire, as usual. The window open was letting the air in. I got up like a zombie and stumbled downstairs to the kitchen and pulled milk from the fridge, then to the pantry for cereal. About 15 minutes later Lisa came down, also like a zombie.
"How long have you been up?" She asks.
"About 15 minutes, want some cereal?"
"Sure."
As I was pouring the milk I heard a knock at the door.
"Who would be knocking on our door this early?" She asks in wonder, I walk to the door and right before I out my hand on the knob I heard Lisa joke, "Stop don't answer it maybe it's Debby!" Debby is a character from our favorite movie Ouija, I laugh and pull the door open with a hard tug and swing.
It was Liam!
"Oh hey Liam what's up?" I say smiling.
"Um.. I was wondering if maybe would you like to get some breakfast or something? There's a great place around the corner."
Was he asking me out? Like on a date!? Oh my gosh!!!
"Yeah sound great, just give me a minute to get out of my pajamas." I laugh, my face turning red as I realize I'm in my pajamas, without my teeth brushed, no make up, and my hair is in one big knot.
"Okay." He says. It was cold and I realized I didn't really want him to have to stand out there for too long.
"Do you want to step in?" I say, "My friend Lisa is here maybe she could keep you company while I get ready."
"Sure." He says and I open the storm door for him to come in. I walk him to the kitchen and he and Lisa begin chatting. Then, I dash upstairs to get ready. I had no time for a shower so I just changed my clothes into a maroon sweatshirt and some Holister jeans I quickly brush my teeth and put on my make up. I dart down the stairs half tripping, half walking.
Gosh, I thought, I really need to work on this whole, you know. Date thing.
I finally after what seems like an eternity I got to the kitchen where Liam was waiting.

Liam's POV
Wow she looks stunning! He beautiful hair falls on the side of her neck ever so perfectly. She smells like a sweet rose and- my phone buzzes.
"Excuse me for a minute, I need to take this it is important."
(On the phone)
Liam be careful, you've never felt emotions- or love- or... You know what I mean as a werewolf

How did you know I was going on a date?
I turn to (y/n)
"Sorry crazy ex girlfriend." I tell her, then continue my conversation with Scott.

I'm practically your dad I know all this stuff!

The conversation lasted about 3 more minutes.
"Okay ready, sorry about that." I say
"It's cool."

We walk out the door her Vans beating on the black top. Weird, mine barley made a sound. The side walk was old and crumpled by her house so we walked in the street. The air clean of Mosquitos. It was still sort of dark out the sky was sort of a violet color. It was early and fireflies were still out.
"I bet I could count more than you can." I say elbowing her softly.
"You're on!" She says excitingly.
"1!" I point
"4!" She says in the opposite direction.
A few minutes later.
I say "Ten!"
"Eleven." She laughed, "Twelve!"
"Thirteen."
"Fourteen."
"Fifteen."
"Sixteen."
Then we get to the restaurant and walk up to the door.
'Closed until 8:00'
I look at her, "Looks like we got some more time." I say, she smiles.
We walk over to the street and sit by the curb. She grabs a rock.
"See who can throw it the furthest?" She asks.
I grab a rock.
"You first!" I say.
She throws it right passed the other side, on the side walk.
I throw mine right in the grass on the other side of the side walk.
"Fine be that way." She laughs. And she gives her next one a nice hard throw and it hits the car in the nearby parking lot. The car alarm goes off.
"RUN!" We both shout. I grab her by the wrist and we run passed behind the old restaurant then peek over the corner to see what happens. And a man with slicked back hair runs to turn it off then checks for dents. Luckily, he found none and we were aloud to go back to the curb laughing. We spent another hour thumb wrestling and counting birds and staring at the clouds then the restaurant was finally open and we came in about 8:15

Your POV
The restaurant smelled like waffles, eggs, and bacon. We seat our selves in the two person booths in the far left corner.
"How are ya Liam!" The waitress says, then looking down at her arm she says, "Oh yeah I have to say this: My name's Lindi and I will be taking care of you today, what would you like to drink?" The waitress asked us. Her hair was twisted and a big messy bun with a head band to prevent fly-aways. I look at the menu.
"I would like the cocoa coffee please." I say
"I would like cocoa coffee also." He says looking at me smiling.
"Coming right up!"
"Thanks Lindi!" Liam says.
We both got kids menus and crayons because they ran out of regular menus so for the heck of it we started coloring.
I laugh, "I would never thought I would be using one of these again!"
"Me neither." He half smiles.
"Do you like my pink dragon." I say holding out my drawing, it was a scribble of pink crayon on the outline of a dragon, "you're jealous." He holds out his green cat drawing and I start cracking up.
"Who's the jealous one know?" He says laughing.
