What you'll need:
-Pocket Knife
-Abandoned Hospital
-Operation room
-Night
Step 1: At 8:00 PM go into the abandoned hospital, and enter the operation room with the pocket knife in your hand.
Step 2: Once you are in the operation-room face the opposite direction from the door and chant:
"I haven't been feeling well. I am very ill. May you help me, Dr. Smiley?"
You will hear footsteps coming towards the door, keep facing the wall. The door will then open and he will say:
"In need of my assistance? Let's start the operation."

After he says that, it's highly recommended to use the pocket knife to protect yourself. If not he will kill you.
