Chapter 9

[Kim Soo Young's POV]

Now it's been 3 months that I've dated Jungkook and I see how he changed his way on treating me

It is now recess time and I see Euny's eyes are swollen

Soo Young:"Eun,you okay ?"

Her voice was cracking

Eun Young:"Yoongi broke up with me because he said Jisoo is better than me..."

Soo Young:"He did what."

Eun Young:"Yeah...."

Soo Young:"He's a bitch.Let him be.There might be somebody who likes you.There is somebody better than him.Maybe you two should just continue on being friends.You guys were really close.Don't let these things destroy your friendship okay ?"

She nodded

I treated her on recess just to make her feel better

After that,I went into the class and again,our violin teacher is absent

From what I heard,Mrs Kim is sick and I am worried about it

Yugyeom:"Guys !! I got permission to use the dance studio ! Why not we do a dance off ? Soo Young should be a leader on the first group and Lisa should be the be the leader of the second group"

Soo Young:"Wait what.Why me ?"

Yugyeom:"You're the main dancer of Twilight right ?"

I nodded slowly

Lisa:"Well I'm sure my group will beat her pfft"

Soo Young:"You can beat me in dancing but not stability"

Myungho:"Ohhhhh"

Me and Lisa closes our eyes because we can't see who's behind us

After a few seconds we are allowed to look behind us

Only my close friends except for Jungkook,Eunha,Mina and Jihyo are behind me

Soo Young:"Great ! All of you understands me very well.Can I add more rules ?"

Lisa:"Sure what it is ?"

I took off my glasses

Soo Young:"The battle is all about stability.You can even sing your own songs.Is that fair ?"

Lisa:"F-Fine"

Soo Young:"Let's go change now"

All of us left the classroom to change our clothes

After we were done,we went to the dance studio

I tucked in my shirt

Soo Young:"We have 7 members.I wonder what song we can dance to"

Yugyeom:"What about Got7 songs this time ??"

Soo Young:"Yuna unnie do you think you can be stable ?"

Yuna:"Of course I can.I am a GFRIEND member"

She winks

Soo Young:"Aw unnie,you're so cute"

She laughs

Soo Young:"If You Do ?"

Yugyeom:"You girls sure can keep up with the routine ? Won't it be hard ?"

Soo Young:"Well,I am called a monster rookie for a reason"

Yuna:"And I am a part of "God" friend for a reason"

Soo Young:"But Yuna unnie and Seokmin oppa should take the main vocals' part for sure.I suggest Yuna unnie to take Jaeboum sunbaenim and Seokmin oppa takes Youngjae sunbaenim"

Yugyeom:"Yah ! We wanted you to take the main vocals !"

Soo Young:"But both of them are better than me"

Bambam:"You've debuted before us so we want you to take the spot ! Plus,you and Yuna should receive more attention ! Not us !!"

Soo Young:"I'm not as stable as all of you,so please exclude me fro the main vocals.I should take the lead vocals"

Seokmin:"Can't Yuna take Youngjae's ? I want Soo Young to take Jaeboum'"

Yuna:"Of course"

At this point I can't really fight back since they are a year older

Soo Young:"Okay,you won but the main dancer here is Yugyeom not me.Why did you guys chose me as a leader ?"

Myungho:"You are the leader in your group right ? None of us is leader here.Not even in our sub unit"

Soo Young:"Oh yeah.The vocal team's leader is Jihoon oppa,the performance team's leader is Soonyoung oppa and the hip hop team's leader is Seungcheol oppa.The leader of Got7 is Jaeboum and GFRIEND's leader is Sojung unnie.That makes sense why you guys chose me"

Yuna:"And you probably know about leading more than us.You were a leader before as well right ?"

I nodded

Soo Young:"Let's practice now.We should use our classroom.Not here"

They agreed

Soo Young:"Oi Lisa"

Lisa:"What the hell do you want nerd"

Soo Young:"We'll come back in a few hours.Prepare yourselves"

Lisa:"We'll be prepared soon anyways"

We left the dance studio and left to our classroom

We locked the door and pushes away the tables from the center of the class

Bambam and Yugyeom started on teaching us the choreography

All of us learnt the choreography around 50 minutes like that

Soo Young:"Wait,don't we need 3 rappers ?"

Myungho:"I can handle the rap part,don't worry"

Soo Young:"Okay then"

We started practicing on stabilizing our vocals and all

We even asked a few teachers to be the judge

Around 4 hours like that,we went back to the dance studio

After putting the tables back in order of course

Lisa:"Get ready to lose"

Soo Young:"So what,we are doing this for fun.We don't even care"

I shrugged

Then Lisa's group start first

We sat at the side watching them

Of course,the choreography is amazing

But some of them aren't stable

I am scared as I am holding the main vocal position

I am afraid if I messed up

Then they finished performing

We went to the middle

When the song started,we started performing

After we were done,we sat down.Catching our breath

Mr Park:"I would say Lisa's team won in the dance competition and Soo Young's won in the stability,but since the main priority is the stability,Soo Young's group won the competition"

I was relieved

Lisa was annoyed

I drank some water

Mr Park:"You guys can go home now.School has ended"

We bid farewell to our teacher and went to change first

After that all of us went back to our dorm
