3rd Person POV:
Next event is up. The Battle Tournament. The remaining students are standing on the stage while Midnight explains the how this works. As she was setting up the battle, Mashirao Ojiro and and Nirengeki Shoda resigned. One of them were replaced by Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu. It was much easier now because the number of students that were still in were even. Now Midnight started to place the battles.

After explaining the rules and the battles, all the students went to their class seats to wait for their turn to battle. The first fight, Izuku Midoriya vs. Hitoshi Shinsou.
Everyone watches as Midoriya and Shinsou stand onto the stage. Uraraka and some other students are cheering for him. Kasumi is leaning against the wall, waiting to the match to start.
"Kasumi-san, are you going to sit down?"
Kasumi looks at Tsuyu who was sitting next to Uraraka and some other classmate. Kasumi gently shakes her head.
"I'm okay, Tsu. I like standing better..." she replies while looking back towards Midoriya. Tyusu only nodded and looked back towards the middle. Kasumi was observing every little detail. She looks at Midoriya and see that he looks nervous but determined. Her gaze goes towards the purple head. He has no expression that can explain what he's feeling. Kasumi crosses her arms as the battle starts to begin. Neither of them made a move yet, they were just talking but no one could hear. Whatever Shinsou said made Midoriya kind of mad as he was about to charge at him. Suddenly, Midoriya stopped mid way in his tracks. Everyone was confused. Kasumi took a closer look at Midoriya and sees that his expression is blank and his pulps are just white as if his soul is gone.
Shinsou said a few words them orders Midoriya to turn around and walk out of bounce. Midoriya obeys and slowly starts to walk towards the edge of the ring.
'What in the world is he thinking?'
'Deku, snap out of it!'
'What's happening?'
These thoughts ran through everyone's head. However, thanks to Kasumi's quirk, she already knew what's happening. Her eyes suddenly had a hit of a red glow.
