         Seokjin has been ignoring Jungkook all day long. However Taehyung has been worried for the younger. He did not see him eat but he saw him cry several times. Way too many times for his liking. Even though he was pretty sure that Jungkook would tell him to fuck off, Taehyung still tried to approach him and talk to him. He was right. The maknae would always end up telling him to piss off. But has the older given up ? No, never.

It is 8pm when all the employees and the CEOs get home. Seokjin leaves with his car and Jungkook decides to walk to Chris' house once again. After sending Jisoo to the hotel with a chauffeur, Taehyung follows Jungkook since he noticed that the latter looked like he could fall asleep anytime and anywhere today. Therefore, something dangerous could happen to him and the hyung wouldn't want that.

"Hey ! Jungkook wait !" He calls as he tries to catch up with the younger.

"What do you want ?"

"Is everything alright lately ?"

"Tsk. Like you care. Piss off."

"But I do ! I care about you !"

"Save it I don't want to hear that bullcrap."

"Jungkook... I care about you." Taehyung repeats dead serious.

"THEN WHY !? WHY DID YOU DO THAT !!" Jungkook finally explodes.

"You're not ready to hear the truth yet. But I promise that I'll tell you the whole truth once you remember everything. Please. Just accept my deepest apology for now. I-I..."

"No stop. It's way too easy. You fucking ruined my life ! I saw the videos ! All of them ! I had some sorts of visions ! I hate you !" He cries while hitting Taehyung's chest as the latter holds him in his embrace.

"I hate you ! So why do I feel like I am somehow linked to you !?" He adds with sadness and confusion.

Taehyung feels so sad too. His disgusting actions back then have horrible repercussions today. He regrets it more than ever now.

"Just please do something for me. I'll be so grateful." Jungkook says weakly.

"What can I do ? I'll do anything !" Taehyung answers desperately.

"Stay away from me." Jungkook answers while freeing himself from the older's longing arms.

He then walks away, leaving a crying man alone with his dark regrets.

After that, Jungkook just feels like getting drunk. It seems like nothing will ever be okay again to him. His Jin hyung probably hates him now, he is a burden to his friends and finally he doesn't know how to feel about that whole Taehyung story. He goes to the nearest bar and straight asks for two whiskeys. He is a lightweight but he doesn't care. Drinking his problems away seems like the easiest solution to him so far. After 10 glasses, he gets out of the bar and staggers in the dark streets without really knowing what he's doing.

Little does he know that someone is following him.

Obviously Taehyung did not obey Jungkook and still followed him to keep an eye on the younger. Internally, he proudly pats himself on the back for listening to his instinct and staying close to his Kookie in spite of everything. When the older sees a group of gangsters approaching Jungkook, he hurries to his sides and guides him somewhere else so he wouldn't get assaulted.

"H-hey w-hat are y-you d-doing y-ou hic you t-toe verruca~ !?" He slurs as he tries to get away from Taehyung.

The latter can't help but laugh at the absurd speech of the younger.

"I just saved your ass, you dummy carrot cake." He answers as he boops Jungkook's nose. He then proceeds to assist the younger to walk.

"H-huh~ ? S-hut upp~ ! I wanna g-go hic ho-me!"

"Ok... But it's gonna be complicated if I don't know where you live... Don't you think bunny ? Plus you don't even have a phone."

"Hic! B-but I wanna s-sleeeep~ !" The maknae cries.

"Oh no no don't cry baby. I'll take you to my house alright ? You are going to sleep in a big warm and comfortable bed okay ?"

Taehyung knows that he may get killed tomorrow morning. But he just can't let the younger outside, in the night with potential danger everywhere.

"O-ok-kay~ I-I am c-cold m-mister~" He says while shaking.

Taehyung gives him his jacket to warm him up.

"Hmm~ smells gooood~ !"

"Hah thanks...I remember you used to like my scent back then..." Taehyung says with a sad nostalgic smile.

"H-huh~ ?"

"Oh ! Look we're here !" Taehyung says to change the topic as they enter his suite.

The younger suddenly gets out of Taehyung's grip and tries to run to the bed but he ends up falling down in a ridiculous manner. The hyung tries to suppress his laugh but fails miserably. He lifts a teary eyed and pouty Jungkook up.

"Calm down bunny, let's put you in some more comfortable clothes huh ?" He says while lying the maknae on his bed.

The latter just nods with quivering lips.

Taehyung then proceeds to take some of his pajamas and help Jungkook putting them on. He looks so cute with oversized pajamas.

"There you are baby bunny. Let's have some sleep now okay ? I'll be on the couch if you need help." He says softly as he pulls the covers up Jungkook's shivering body.

"But I-I'm hic cold~ !" The younger whines.

"Don't worry, I'll turn the heating system on and give you a jumper--" Taehyung's cut off as the younger pulls him next to him.

"N-no. Come h-here. You hic a-are my t-teddy b-ear~" he says while cuddling the tense older.

"N-no Jungkook I can't do that. I-"

He is cut off by the younger crying.

"You will abandon me like Jin hyung~ ?"

"Noo no baby I love you so much. I'll never abandon you again. I swear." Taehyung says softly to reassure him as he holds him tightly in his arms.

"T-thank you~ uuuh... your name~ ?"

"Uh... TaeTae hyung."

"Thank you TaeTae hyung~" he slurs before closing his eyes as he cuddles closer to the older.

How Taehyung missed his Kookie's warmth and cuddles.

How he missed taking care of him.

How he wishes he can soon be able to do all of that freely.

"I love you..." He whispers whith his eyes closed, as a single tear rolls down his cheek.
