Jin feels like his world is crumbling down as he takes closer steps toward Jungkook's bed. He can't believe what he is seeing and hearing. Seeing the younger in such a state pains him so much that he can't resist. He runs and delicately hugs Jungkook, he refuses to let go. He holds Jungkook's head against his chest protectively.

"Hyung is so sorry.."

The younger stays silent and motionless.

"I shouldn't have abandoned you, I am a terrible hyung."

"W-why did you abandon m-me ?" He asks with confused and teary eyes as his broken voice cracks.

"Because of some important business but I promise it won't happen ever again, you are coming with me baby."

"I-I... But I don't know you ! Wh-where are my parents ?!" Jungkook says in a panic state.

"They... They are dead Kookie..." Seokjin says sadly.

"So they abandoned me too..." He says darkly while tugging at his wires.

"Did I h-have some f-friends at least..?" He asks with the last string of hope in him.

"Well..." The elder thinks

As far as Jin can remember the younger didn't have friends, he was alone and sad most of the time. Also the kids seemed like they didn't want him near them whenever they went to the park back then. Therefore, Jungkook was very clingy with his hyung since he was his second role model and protector after the younger lost his 'Taehyungie'.

"N-no but you had me !" He tried to cheer Jungkook up.

"No wonder I tried to kill myself I was probably a loner and a failure. Heh.. I even failed to kill myself. Can't believe it. I'd rather die than stay with someone that pities my pathetic self." He spits sadly with slight anger.

"H-hey Kookie please calm down... Stay with me hyung loves you so mu--"

"T-THEN WHY DID Y'ALL ABANDON ME !? I FEEL LIKE A USELESS AND FUCKED UP PIECE OF SHIT !!" He says while motioning to himself with his hands.

Jin is horrified by the words he is hearing so he shakes his head while looking at the screaming boy in front of him with big, shocked eyes. He presses the red button with shaky hands non-stop. The doctors come in running and try to calm the younger while one of them prepares a needle with some liquid.

"YOU, MY PARENTS AND THE WHOLE WORLD BETRAYED ME Y-YOU LEFT ME !" The younger shouts, face and eyes red while rising from his bed angrily.

Jungkook does not know where this anger comes from. All he knows is that he can't hold it back so he just lets it all out.

Finally a doctor comes and digs the needle in Jungkook's flesh.

"I-I'm sorry i-if was not good e-enough." he slurs before passing out leaving the room in an agonizing silence.

"No my Jungkookie you're so wrong..."

Later in the evening.

Taehyung and the rest of the hyungs are driving to hospital to see Jungkook. They went to hang out in a fast food to talk about all of this mess. Now they are on their way to the room B-517 as per usual. They eventually find it only to see it empty. Taehyung and Jimin freak out and get out to look for a doctor. They find one.

"Where's the patient that was in this room... Jeon Jungkook ?" Taehyung asks panic rising in his system.

"Oh he left some hours ago with his new legal guardian..."

"WHAT !?" They all say in unison.

"Yes.. It was certified by the government so Jungkook went to live with him after we gave him a prescription for his depression and a wheelchair since he temporarily lost the usage of his legs." The doctor explains.

"W-where is he !?" Jimin screeches.

"Well, we know that he is now under the responsibility of his legal guardian so he is going to live with him however we can't communicate his legal guardian's personal information." The doctor says before bowing and leaving.

The hyungs have to hold back Taehyung who is about to pounce on the doctor.

"I need to see him ! I need to tell him I love him. I need him to know how sorry I am and that I'll never hurt him again." Taehyung says with gritted teeth while the others try to calm him down.

This night they all had a sleepover in Taehyung's house. The hyungs tried their best to comfort Jimin and Taehyung.

It is one of the days that changed their lives.

The day they lost their Jungkookie.
