The tall woman held her child by the hand, the boy, curious as ever, stopped at nothing to question where they were going.
"I'm simply going to get something over and done with sweetie." was the woman's only reply.
Eventually they stopped walking at a graveyard, taking a deep breath, the woman pushed open the gate. She walked toward a gravestone near the middle of the field. Engraved upon it, were the words" Thomas Riddle".
"I know you're here Tom." she called out.
Appearing from seemingly thin air, a man in a hooded robe stepped out from the shadows. His facial features were waxy and distorted, and his eyes were crimson.
"Hello Harriet." he greeted. "I see you received my Invitation. And that you foolishly brought your son with you."
"Your threats toward my son end today Tom."
The man raised his wand.
"I take that means you're ready?"
The woman raised her own wand in retaliation. "Very."
"Protego!" the woman cast a shield charm around her son.
And began to duel with the Dark Lord.

Y/N woke up with a start, the all too familiar weight on his bed, shaking him violently awake.
"Big brother! Wake up! Wake up! It's your Birthday Y/N!"
Y/N groaned and gave Ellie a hug, mostly to stop her from shaking him but she seemed happy enough.
"Ellie you didn't convince Annie to throw me some massive party did you?" he asked sharply.
"Nope! I know you hate crowds, but we have to do something special on your birthday don't we?"
Y/N stayed in bed a little after Ellie left. He had has the strangest dream, but as usual, he could never remember his dreams. He screwed his eyes shut and concentrated as hard as he could, he could sort of remember... a graveyard?
Y/N's day went pretty smoothly after that, as usual, he got ready for school and ate his breakfast, at school no seemed to realise it was his birthday, not that he expected them to.
During break he finally got around to finishing The Lord of the Rings and that familiar feeling swept over him. Whenever he finished a book he always felt upset a little, because he can't read it anymore.
"Hey Y/N! Why don't you come up here and play football like a normal kid freak!" a kid from the field called out.
Y/N ignored him.
Y/N then turned and stuffed his book back inside his bag. He let out a long sigh. Another negative thing about finishing a book early meant that he had nothing else to do for the rest of lunchbreak.
If there was one thing Y/N always hated it was time-wasting.
"Might as well." He thought to himself.
A few minutes later, Y/N was streaking down the football pitch with the ball in his possession, he evaded the opposing team easily, and the ball found its way in the back of the net. Multiple times in fact.
