What a party man! Amazing, just superb! Said Rishi happily. We were at ‘Someplace Else’ a vintage and vibrant night club somewhere in park Street Kolkata and we were celebrating the success of ‘The Musafir’. The crew did the satisfactory acts that month and we were super happy by the overwhelming response of the audiences. Our whole Musafir team! We really worked hard, I even missed my lectures, there were times when we even didn't go home we just kept working whole day and night and there we were applauding our sleepless nights, our hardworks, the funny arguments we do throughout the work. The club was spacious enough with elegant interior, the dim light of the club was generating an exciting sensation in my body, the soft music in the background was setting up the mood; it was just a cherry on top of the cake. Rishi and Kavya were right everyone goes through a good and bad phase in their life; I mean just look at me now I am so happy, thank God! I took the decision of screenwriting and thank to Rishi and Kavya that they forced me to grab this opportunity otherwise I would have been rotting in some office in front of computer and following some black and white formal guy, so irritating and borring and this job! it's the best for me; I love doing this,I enjoy my work,I love to stay up all night for doing this. Rishi was right I meant to be a writer, I am good at this and I should respect that writer me, I should live that writer in me.
Every writer should first respect his own feelings then only he would be able to express feelings in his writings.
I was in my thoughts when Anurag daa appeared, Hey! Vani, enjoying the party? He asked me in his Bengali cute tongue. Yes! Dada, very happy. Good, Good but where is your Maa and Baba? It's too late!. They are on the way dada, will be here soon. Anurag daa was about to say something but was cut by Romil, Dada! He came running with a worried face. Dada! Nashin Bhai called yesterday and he is coming, no! Actually, he is here. What! replied Anurag daa shockingly but how, when, where is he? He is waiting for us in the Airport, he said bowing his head in fear. And you are telling me this now! uttered Anurag daa in anger. Sorry, dada actually that play and all...I forgot! I am sorry dada, he cried. What I do with your sorry Romil? Who will now go to receive him? We don't have a driver right now, you don't know driving, I can't go as guest are coming then who will go now, he's waiting, yelled Anurag daa. Don't worry dada we will do something, don't be panic, calm down I tried to console him. How can I calm Vani he is waiting I need to do something, said Anurag data. This Romil..this idiot he always tell these important matters at the eleventh hour, he ain't gonna change, He is a very important guest for me, I can't let him wait like this...I...I am going, uttered Anurag daa in tension. Sweat was running on his forehead, his blood pressure was rising. Seeing him like that I asked Romil, who's this guest, why he is so important? Romil rolled his eyes and said, you don't know who is Nashin Khan? I know many Nashin Khan, which one is this?, I replied. He is one of the Redim Label, he said. Oh! That manager of Redim Label that create and produce independent music and the creator of so-called that The Manan Patil, I said raising my eyebrows. He is Manan Patel not Patil, Romil gave me an irritating look. Yeah, whatever Patel! Patil, I don't care and gave him a carefree look. Are you even a girl? Romil said to me, I mean being a girl you don't care about Manan Patel and gave me a surprised look as he didn't expect this from me. You think I'm those fangirls kind of girl, I asked him. Everyone is, Vani. How not you? He was actually surprised by my reaction. Look it's not that I don't like him but I like him as a singer, I admire his performance he gives on camera there is no doubt that he is just a phenomenal singer. But that doesn't mean that I go crazy looking at him and crave for him or I just want to see him once, I am not that kind of girl it's just that I love music and he sings well so I like him, I kept my Point. You are the only one like this in whole India, I think, Last day even your friend kavya was talking about him, said Romil. Yeah she is his fan... I know, I replied. Romil was about to say something but was cut in between by Anurag daa, did you get anyone who can go? He asked Romil making big eyes. But unfortunately, Romil gave him a negative sign as he didn't find anyone. Oh my God! It's too late now, he's still waiting who will go? Vani! Uttered Romil suddenly. What? I gave him a shocked look. Yes, you know driving you can go and receive him, otherwise, I don't know anyone else here who can go, said Romil folding his hands against his chest and raising his eyebrows. He only said that then Anurag daa and Romil both started pleading me to go, how could I neglect them I had to go as they were pleading me and I can refuse anyone but I can't refuse dada never..in spite of my never-ending no they managed to agree me.
