Granit climbed from his car as he began to head towards the training building as he spoke with you on his phone, he was wandering through one of the halls towards the changing room as he said. "Yes, I'm sure." He chuckled deeply. "We'll leave as soon as I get back from training, make sure you're ready." Pressing his hand to the door he didn't open it but announced in a sweet tone. "I love you."

"I love you too." You could feel butterflies fluttering around in your stomach, you had never felt this way about anyone else before. Nothing like your relationship with Granit had you experienced, it was consuming and intense, but you loved and revelled in every single second of it.

Slipping his phone back into his duffle bag he entered the changing room about to turn the corner and step around towards his locker when he heard two voices and stopped himself. "Please, he's just fooling himself if he thinks that she really loves him." This certainly was interesting, Granit began to wonder who these men were talking about.

Another voice came. "I don't know, Thorgan, are you sure? I went out for drinks with them the other night and they seemed as if they were pretty happy." Clearly this player was trying to protect whoever the two were in the relationship.

"No. Granit is just a rebound to her." His stomach dropped as he heard his name uttered into the changing room. "She's in love with me. She always has been and she always will be. I'll prove that, don't you worry." Granit could almost see the smug look on his teammates face which made the anger boil further.

Stepping around the corner he saw that it was only Thorgan Hazard and Christoph Kramer sat in there tying up their training boots. They both glanced up as they saw their friend drop his duffle bag onto the bench and smiled at each other before saying. "Morning, Granit." He grit his teeth as he yanked his shirt over his head.

"Something wrong?" Christoph questioned as he zipped up his jacket and wandered over to him but still he said nothing back to him.

Thorgan smirked a little before saying. "Woman problems?" This was the final straw for Granit and he flew himself at him slamming him back against the locker, the blond bound over in seconds trying to pull him away but Granit just pushed him back and growled at the Belgium boy. "Don't you dare talk about her again. She isn't in love with you. She's with me and we're happy."

With that he let him go and stepped back over pulling on his tight fit shirt and then head out for training just taking his boots and putting them on sitting on the pitch, he didn't want to be in the same room as Thorgan for any longer than he had to be.

It seemed like training lasted much longer than he usually did but he didn't hang around after to speak with his fellow teammates and Thorgan hardly looked over at him the entire time. Climbing back in his car he drove straight home to you driving a little faster than he usually would.

As he arrived outside of the house he got out of his car and pushed the door open to see you were stood there applying lip gloss in the mirror, you smiled warmly at him before you saw the frustrated look on his face. "Granit, what's wrong?" You're voice was sweet and caring and to his dismay was calming him.

"I just... I heard something in the changing room that... pissed me off." He growled out as you stepped over to him and placed both of your hands on your cheeks gazing deeply into his smouldering brown eyes. "Thorgan... did you used to date Thorgan?" You sighed and stepped away from him.

Closing your eyes you said in a small voice. "It was before I knew you. Before I knew what an amazing guy you were." Then you turned back to him. "But the way I feel about you... It's not the same. I love you." You gazed directly into his eyes once again letting him read how you were feeling.

"Really?" He asked his tone was softer now before you wrapped your arms around his neck and pressed a passionate kiss to his lips as an answer. "It's you, Granit. It's only ever been you. It'll only ever be you." You told him confidently as he pressed his forehead against yours.
