if i write for someone
i write wholeheartedly
i pour my everything
as the pen stains the paper

if i write for you
i do it with every bit of me
i make sure you know it's for you
without mentioning your name

this is the problem with us writers
we express by words
we love through letters
and all we want is to be read

so it hurts when our pieces get ignored
because as you brush our feelings off
it is not so different
with you brushing us off.
