Liam's POV.

He rubs his throat coughing. "Why did you do this?! What did you get out of this?!" I growl at him.

"You!" he chokes out.

"Me? What do I have to do with this?" I ask confused.

"I got you!" he growls at me. This didn't make sense.

"Your mated!" I smelled him when he came out.

"Yeah but the bitch isn't my mate! You are!" he growls at me. Yep he's lost it. I shake my head. There are so many things with that. One I'm not. Two you can't mate with someone else after you mated someone. Does he not know that? Or am I missing something?

"Your an idiot." I chuckle. "One you are not my mate. CAIN IS!" I boom. "Two dumbass you can't mate another after mated someone else."

"Three your dead!" Vance snarls at him.

"No Cain is! And Liam will be mine!" Zack growls. I give a humorless laugh.

"And how do you plan on doing that? There's how many here? And how do you plan on getting to him?" I ask.

"I'll find a way!" he snarls at me.

"Yeah good luck with that." I chuckle. I just nod to Vance and Mac and walk out. I didn't care what else he had to say or what they did to him. I heard a scream then a snap as I walked to the next cell. I unlocked it and went inside. There stood Tori Vanessa whoever the hell she is. She doesn't look like the Tori I know so I'm going with Vanessa.

"Jace I'm sorry." she cries. Huh I'm not Jace dumbass.

"I don't care." he says from behind me. I turn around. Okay I'm not paying attention to anything am I? I didn't hear anyone walking behind me.

"Who are you?!" I demand.

"My name is Vanessa Smith." she answers.

"Why did you say Tori earlier?" I ask confused. She sighs sitting down in the corner.

"I was sent here to find Cain." she says.

"Wait you weren't even in that pack." Jace says.

"You think I wanted to stay in our pathetic pack? Hell no I wanted to belong to a powerful pack." I cock an eyebrow. "So I left our pack not long after you did. I meet this amazing man. Griffin." she gushes. I roll my eyes and Jace snorts. Probably thinking the same thing I am. Yeah real amazing. "He took me in trained me on how to disguise myself and become Tori then sent me here to find Cain." she finishes.

"So let me get this straight. You disguised yourself for over a year now, I was here but still slept with countless guys didn't say anything to me?" Jace says.

"Yep." she chirps. "I'm good aren't I?" she ask.

"Your scent. You smelled human." I say.

"Yep." she chirps again. "Some perfume Griffin concocted to cover up my scent." she says waving her hand dismissively. "Jace babe I love please forgive me." she says tearing up. Those are fake and I hope he realizes it. Apparently he did because he started laughing mechanically. Lunatic almost.

"I don't think so." he laughs out.

"But I love you." she sobs.

"Uh what about your mate?" I ask. Because I noticed her smell, she smells just like Zack does. Or did.

"What about him?" she ask me. I cock an eyebrow.

"You do know he just died right?" I ask. She just shrugs.

"So." unfucking believable. Thank god me and Cain are true soulmates. "Please Jace baby I'm sorry." she says starting to tear up again. You notice how they stopped for a second there.

"I don't think so." he chuckles. I turn my head and see Cam looking pained. Jace pulls Cam to him. "You see this guy? Yeah bitch if I date or mate anyone it will be him." he says pressing his lips to him.

"Your not gay! I'm your mate!" she yells standing up.

"Were. Key word were. You rejected me because I didn't live up to your standards. Guess what bitch? I reject you because oh lets see." he says putting his finger up to his chin thinking. "Your a whore, your conniving, your a bitch, oh and because I happen to love this guy right here. "

"What?!" Cam says shocked.

"Uh yeah." Jace says nervously.

"Really?" he ask.

"Yeah." Jace says.

"Ha see that faggot doesn't love you babe but that's okay your true mate will make it better." Vanessa says. This time it was Cams turn to laugh.

"That's where your wrong bitch. I love Jace with all my heart." he laughs. Well I wasn't expecting this. I thought they just liked each other.

"Plus. You and Jace couldn't be together anyway." I laughed.

"Why the hell not?" she ask me confused.

"I think you'll be spending the rest of your life in prison." Jace chirps.

"Oh yeah." I snicker pushing them out of the cell.

"But you can't do that!" she yells.

"Watch me." I say slamming the cell door shut. Jace being the child he is stand at the pointing his finger at her snickering.

"Come on you two year old." Cam says taking his hand.

"Aww man. I was enjoying that." Jace whines walking away with him. I shake my head chuckling a bit walking behind them.

"You okay man?" Vance ask me as I walk by.

"No." I answer truthfully as I walk up the stairs.

"Don't give up Liam or he will." he tells me from behind.

"I'm not. I'm just not getting my hopes up." I tell him honestly. He sighs as we walk upstairs to the hospital. I walk in Cain's room and see Seth still sitting there. "Any change?" I ask with hope. He just shakes his head no and I nod sighing. I sit in another chair opposite of Seth and grab Cain's hand. I lift it up kissing it. "I'm back." I tell Cain. We just sit in silence waiting for him to wake up. Then suddenly there's a long beep.
