It was a dark night, a man was sitting in a group of men, they were heating up their bodies with the help of a camp fire 🔥.

"Yaar you said it's a haunted place, but it's nothing. This jungle is so boring."

"What Yaar, I heard it and now we are here. Waise bhi there is no such thing like witch or vampire."

"But Suraj, I'm scared did you heard?"

"Uff Vivaan stay away, don't you dare to cuddle with me. I'm your cousin not lover." Suraj said to him.

"Very funny." Vivaan said looking at Suraj, who was holding the handle of the torch as if his life is depends on it.

"Guys, come on we are not cowards, let's go I can see something there." The third in their gang said it.

"What Ajay?!" SuVaan weren't happy about it, but they couldn't show their fear, they followed him to an old empty castle.

"Did you know this would be here?" Vivaan asked and Suraj was shaking thinking about it, he doesn't wanted to enter it.

Ajay shrugs, "I didn't know that, Suraj you?"

Suraj wasn't answering, he was like frozen at the point.

Vivaan shook him, "hey bro, where are you lost?"

Suraj shook his head, "nowhere. I'm here only." He made a step ahead just to prove them, that he isn't scared. Damn ego!

ViJay were looking at each other, they were smirking to each other, Suraj opens the door effortless, he literally fall into the castle.

ViJay rushed to him, even they were surprised by the easy entry, "Okay I think we should leave now." Suraj said and they agreed to him, "yes you are right."

They were heeding back to their tent, when the door closed and Suraj was alone in the castle.

"Guys!!!!" He shouts, "this is a stupid joke, open the damn door." He was hammering on the door, but ViJay couldn't do anything. They were helpless as they were tied up on the trees.

Suraj shook his head, "what the hell!" He kicks on the door and hurt his toe, "ouch!" He moans and the lights of the hall lighten up.

"What the...?" He was looking around, but all he could see was a big beautiful hall, the lights were dimmed, giving the whole hall a mysterious atmosphere.

Suraj was looking around, "hello, Is there someone?" He was scared, but he had to know more, he made his way, his inner detective woke up and he was looking around the rooms.

"Oh hello!" A voice of a woman, definitely a woman, was echoing through the room.

Suraj turns, "who?" He asked in a low scared voice. Each time he thought he saw someone there was nothing, "Damn it, who is this?"

"It's me." She said and he frowns looking around, "who and where are you?" He asked and she shows up, "I'm here."

Suraj shouts loudly, she was standing next to him, "how, who, where... shit!" He was damn scared looking at her.

*Hahahahaha*

The woman was laughing, "why are you scared?"

Suraj widen his eyes, "because of you! You are flying, no I must be dreaming." He falls unconscious, and she points with the finger on him, suddenly he was hovering over the ground and placed him on the couch.

"Who is this man and why he is woke me from my sleep?" She stretches her arms up in the air, "he wasn't alone, but those two weren't looking good as he is. I'm alone for so many years and then I got guest, what year it is?"

Suraj moves on the couch, his smartphone fallen from his pocket, she was looking at it with confusion, "what is this?" She wanted to touch it, but then it started to ring, "Haaw?"

The ringtone was funny, "B for Bhangra."

Suraj hears it, he opens his eyes and again got a shock, "no dream?"

"Dream? Tell me the year."

"Year?" Suraj gulps, "2019." His voice was squeaky.

"2019 oh Gosh, you woke me from my 100 year sleep, I woke up to early." She sat on his legs, he got another shock, "you are from flesh and blood."

She smiles, "well it depends on the view."

"Who are you?"

"Oh sorry, I'm Chakor and you?"

"Suraj, Suraj Rajvanshi. Nice to meet you." He was scared and lied to her.

Chakor smiles, "hmm, I'm not sure to be happy or not. I think you did wrong disturbing my sleep, but at the other side I like your company. I will forgive you but only under one condition."

Suraj gulps his fear down, he blinks with his eyes several times, "which condition?"

"You will stay here with me." Chakor was clear, she stood up and bend over him, "or I will kill your friends." Her eyes darken and the door of the castle opens, he saw his friends hanging on the trees, it looked as if they were melted with the bushes.

"No! You can't do this!" He shouts and she smiles evilly, "are you challenging me?"

Suraj shook his head, the sweat pearls were rolling down his temple, "I will stay here with you, but please release them. They haven't done anything."

"Are you sacrificing yourself to help them?"

Suraj nodded, "yes, take me and leave them."

Chakor smirks, she shows him her teeth, which changed into fangs.

Suraj widen his eyes in shock, "you are a..."

"Aaah!"

The door were closed again, the Boys were back at their tent looking at each other as if nothing had happened.

"Heh why are we here and who are you?"

He shook his head, "don't remember. Let me check my wallet maybe I have an ID card."

"Good idea."

Both checked their pockets, they found their ID cards, "I'm Vivaan."

"Hi, I'm Ajay, nice to meet you."

Both shook hands and left from there.

Suraj looked at her, "what happened?"

"I bite you, you welcome now you will stay with me. Forever."

Suraj felt the change, he went through his neck and felt the two dot like bites, "I'm a vampire now?"

Chakor nods, "you are mine."

"How?"

"You sacrificed yourself for their sake's. I let them life in exchange of your life."

Suraj looked at her, "why are you here and why you didn't bite me earlier?"

"I'm a good vampire. Actually I'm a cursed one and can't bite anyone that's why I'm sleeping all the time not to get bored or hungry. You woke me and those idiot fellows of yours, now I'm going to have fun with you."

Suraj couldn't believe it, "what about my family?"

Chakor shrugs, "I don't know, all I know is I'm your family now." She kisses his cheek and he smiles, "strange. I thought I would hate you, but you are kinda sweet."

"Of course I am, plus I'm your soulmate. A vampire falls in love only once. Over the centuries no one was like you, I have fallen for the moment I saw you, the other two were useless."

Suraj felt flattering, "thanks, but..."

Chakor kissed him...
