luna❤️: sigh i knew i shouldve started packing earlier
luna❤️: i hate doing things last minute

me: it's okay! there's still the whole rest of the day to pack
me: it's a trip for a week, not a month! everything will be fine :)
me: do you want me to come over and help pack?
luna❤️: sigh i think i've got it for now. i appreciate you tho :)
me: alright, lmk if you need anything else!
luna❤️: will do! thanks ❤️

luna is packing the last of the things she needs into her luggage when she hears a knock at the door. her eyes widen in surprise. jonah is standing there, a smug smile on his face and hiding something behind his back:
luna: jo! what are you doing here?
jonah: i wanted to surprise you. i know you said you didn't need help packing but i wanted to give you something else to pack for our trip.
luna: aw, you didn't have to do that.
jonah: but i wanted to. and i promised you something.
he hands luna a gift bag. in it is the prettiest scarf she'd ever seen.
jonah: remember around the time when we first started talking and i told you i knew how to knit and then you said you wanted a scarf? well i thought that this would be the perfect opportunity and that you could wear it on our trip. it's in your favorite colors, too.
luna is so touched that she hasn't said a word. instead, she grabs him and pulls him into a tight bear hug.
luna: i love it, thank you.
and as luna looks at the scarf and the one who made it right in front of her, she comes to the realization that this—- is what love feels like.
