After a breakfast that Kelsi threw together with what she could find in the flat, the trio went off to examine the body. This time, it was fresh. It only happened the night before.
Once there, Sherlock moved to examine the body, Kelsi and John trailing behind. "The note isn't on the inside this time." Lestrade chimed in as he walked up to the three. "Of course not. She already has my attention." Sherlock replied. "She?" Kelsi asked, looking at Sherlock intently. "Yes. Look here," he pointed to the neck of the body. "this man's been strangled. You can see a woman's handprints. Either a woman or a young man, but the hands are too big for that. They're clearly an adult's. Feminine shape. A moman did the killing here. The question is, was this the mastermind or just the person assigned to get their hands dirty?" He asked, standing up. Lestrade handed sherlock the note. "It was attatched to the foot of the body, like a toe-tag." He explained. This note, in the same print as the first.
Sherlock slid the note in his pocket before doing his usual routine, circling the body, examining from afar, and up close. He investigated for a while, before standing up and comfidently walking away. "That's all I'll be needing, thank you."
"W-What you've solved it...?"
Kelsi looked around then back to Sherlock. "Of course I did." John followed behind. "Then let's get home." He said. Kelsi nodded, then followed after a moment.
