Today I get to pick my baby after 8 long months of being without him. This tour had been killing both of us, imagine not seeing your boyfriend or girlfriend for 8 months and being okay because I couldn't do it but I know that it's for his fans and it's what he loves.

I am on my way to the airport now so I can pick him up and hug him for the rest of the day. One of the things I missed most was his cuddles and his hair, hopefully he didn't cut it all off while he was gone.

*when you arrive to the airport*
I was waiting for Shawn to come through the door, all I saw was strangers I don't know walking past the airport halls. Then I met those hazelnut eyes, I ran up to him so fast like I haven't seen him in 20 years, I hugged him so tight that his eyes was about to pop out of his head.

Then I looked down and seen a big pick poster with glitter words that spelled out "happy birthday beautiful!" With hearts all around it. "Aw baby, thank you so much love." I said hugged him tighter. "I have one more thing." He said while pulling a beautiful white teddy bear with an "love you beary much" heart stitched to it out of his back.

I looked him in the eyes and then kissed him like their was no tomorrow. "Shawn, you didn't have to do this." I said with teary eyes. "Of course I did, it's my special girl day." He said kissing my forehead. "Now let's go home so I can spoil you some more." He said taking my hand.

~ When you arrive home~
Shawn put his things in our shared bedroom while I was sitting on the couch trying to pick out a movie for us to watch. He came down the stairs with cake mix, icing, and sprinkles, "What's this for?" I ask getting up from the couch. "It's for you of course, gotta make a special cake for my special girl on her special day." He said smiling widely, teeth looking beautiful as always, man I love this boy.

"You don't have to Shawn, really, you being here is enough." I told him taking his hand. "No, no I have to do this, for you." He said kissing me fast so I won't respond. "Okay fine." I said smiling after our kiss.

He mixed the cake batter and put it in to the oven, he didn't let me help because he said it's my day and I don't need to be doing anything but sitting there looking cute. He came and sat on the couch with me. "What movie do you want to watch?" He asked.

"How about we watch vampire diaries, it's your favorite show." I told him, he looked at me in a annoyed tone. "Babe, you hate that show." He said giggling cutely. "I know, but you love it." I said just wanting him to relax. "How many times do I have to tell you, this is your day, chose what you want." He said smiling at me. I decided to watch mean girls, after we decided to watch that I played with his hair that I missed so dearly and we just talked and talked.

~2 hours later~

The cake was done, of course Shawn hopped up and got it. A couple minutes later he came in with the cake decorated with pink icing and white clouds on it. He knows me so well.

He started singing happy birthday to me and I couldn't be happier in that moment, I love him so much it hurts. "Happy birthday beautiful." He said once more after singing. I jumped up and kissed him so hard. "Thank you so much baby for being so good to me." I said crying again. "It's my job." He said kissing me once more.

After we ate some cake and watched more movies we went upstairs and cuddled until the sun fell and the moon showed. "I love you baby, thank you for being the best girlfriend ever." He said to me smiling. "No, thank you for being the best boyfriend ever, I love you so much more." I said and with that we went to sleep.
