Y/n had been waking up early and running to the bathroom for the past week now. We didn't think anything of it since it was winter time and there was always an illness going round. Y/n pov As soon as jaden left I dialed chase's number "What does my little sister want" "Dude we're the same age and I need a pregnancy test" "Okay go and get one" "No. You get me one and come here. Jaden isn't here so I need you instead" "Okay okay. I'll be on my way" "Good bitchass hurry up"
I waited about half an hour before he arrived through the door out of breath and throwing a box at my head. "Gee thanks" "You're welcome, now go and pee on that stick and see if I'm gonna be an uncle" "Okay, okay"
I took it out of the packet and went into the bathroom. "Put a timer on please for 5 minutes"
That was the longest five minutes of my life. I looked at it and it was positive. "Dude I think I'm pregnant" "Well call jaden then like now" "Okay"
---time skip--- Jaden was on his way home and I didn't know how to tell him. "Baby I'm home, oh hey chase" "Tell him" "We need to go for a scan because there's a chance that you're gonna be a dad" "No way! You're fucking with me" "I have the proof. I peed on the stick and it says positive" "Okay well what are we waiting for" "Chase are you coming" "Nah I'll go back to mine just call me when you know" '"Okay love you" "Love you too"
And chase was on his way, whilst me and jaden were getting ready to leave. I buckled my seat belt on and put the radio on. The nerves were there but they soon disappeared when jaden intertwined our fingers and smiled at me. "Love you" "Love you"
We arrived at the clinic before going to sit in the waiting area whilst jaden told the receptionist why I was there.
-time skip- "Y/n y/l/n please"
I grabbed jadens hand before following the doctor into a room.
"So you have a positive pregnancy test right?"
"Yeah"
"Okay well if you'll just lay down on the bed and lift your shirt a little bit please"
I did as he said and he applied the cold gel on my stomach before moving the stick around to find a baby.
Five minutes past and my grip on jadens hand tightened to the point that my knuckles were white.
"I'm so sorry. There isn't a baby."
"Oh"
"But that's not all"
My face dropped. Was he about to tell me something good or something bad?
"You're not pregnant and it looks like you won't be able to get pregnant"
"What do you mean?"
"You're infertile"
My heart dropped. The one thing jaden wanted was a child and I couldn't give it to him. There was no point anymore.
"Thank you doctor"
We walked out and quickly got to the car. My emotions got the better of me and the tears were like waterfalls.
"Hey baby don't cry" "But we can't have kids jaden, that's what you wanted and I can't give it to you."
"There's more to life than kids, love. We can still have a future. I love you and nothing is gonna change that, not even if we can't have kids. We can adopt after we get married"
"We ain't even engaged let's not think about adoption just yet"
"But we are engaged if you say yes"
"Really?"
"Yeah. Me and Taylor have been trying to find a ring for you"
"Baby please say yes"
