12. Zenitsu!

Zenitsu held the kids hand who was holding mine walking trough the building nervously.
The kid looked down ashamed/scared.

" uh...excuse me Zenitsu.."

Zenitsu then screamed and turned around to yell at the kid scared.

" signal me... signal me first! If you want to talk, don't come at me all of a sudden! My heart nearly flew out of my mouth! "

The kid wasn't haven't it today and said with a bored expression.

" I'm sorry."

I sighed and looked around.
There's so much demons In here my senses are off.
I can't get an accurate description.
I could use one of my forms.
I let go of the boys hand who he just looked up at me.
Zenitsu watched me let go and instantly grabbed onto me.

" eh!! You have to stay close!!!"

I forgot to use my form and wiggled to get lose from Zenitsu.

"Ok! I'm sorry!"

The kid sighed and said.

" well you see...you been sweating, gasping and shivering so horribly."

Zenitsu held me tighter to him and said.

" what about it? Aren't I doing the best I can here?"

The kid looked down.

" well, forgive me for saying so, but you're making me nervous too..."

Zenitsu looked down at me with tears in his eyes.

" yeah...I'm getting.... a bit nervous too..."

I said speaking the truth.
Zenitsu screamed and said.

" oh no! I'm so sorry!! Even so! If we talk too much, those demons and all will...they might find us! Right?"

Zenitsu looked down at me in his arms.
I nervously laughed agreeing with him wishing he'd let me out of his grip.

" that's why I wish we'd stay quiet! Right!?"

After Zenitsu said that I attempted to turn my head getting the feeling a demon was near.
There under the raised floors was a demon who crawled out Nonchalantly.
The kid looked up scared which caught the attention of Zenitsu.

" a couple of kids.... probably most agreeable to the tongue."

Zenitsu gripped me harder if that was even possible.

" see what did I tell you! A demon showed up!!"

We are now running for our lives away from the monster.
I could easily defeat this monster but even so I wasn't allowed to intervene.
Zenitsu held my hand running while screaming.

" stop it! Go away! I taste bad ok!! I'm serious, okay!? This kids all skin and bones while this lady.....ok she may taste good but still!!!"

I blushed and looked at Zenitsu.
He's such a womanizer even in the face of death.
That's commitment.
The demon laughed and said.

" how would I know if I don't have a taste!"

I watched as he shot his tongue out and Zenitsu hugged me and the kid protecting us while he screamed.
The tongue of the demon split the vase which we avoided and fell into a room.
When we fell in Zenitsu landed on top of me hurting my ankle.

" ah!"

I said through my teeth.
Zenitsu leaned up and stared down at me.

" a-a-are you ok!!!"
