My fingers became tangled in his hair and we became a mess of limbs. A small cough sounded from the doorway and I pulled away from Damian's arms.
"The first activity is due in a thirty minutes, ma'am told me to come find you."
Damian turned and I glanced up to see Julian standing outside the door. Something inside me broken as I stared up at his stony face. His long auburn hair fell around his shoulders and his emerald eyes looked down at us expressionlessly.
I tried to scramble away from Damian but he held me tight in his arms.
"I'm coming," Damian nodded to Julian and he tapped his foot impatiently for him to stand up. It was obviously difficult for him. I knew I needed to help him up but the thought of hurting Julian by touching Damian even more killed me.
I bent closer to Damian till our faces were inches apart, "how are you going to get up without making him suspicious?"
Hey
"Just go along with it, don't act like a possessed stone." He buried his head in the crook of my neck and I tried to ignore the tingles. "Act like you don't want to leave, throw at tantrum.""What! No! I can't." I hissed in a low tone.
"Just do it." He snapped coldly as he began to descend lower and lower done my neck, I wriggled out his grasp but his hot lips were almost on my chest. I let out the shadow of a cry and he pulled away.
"I can't."
"Fine," he whispered harshly, "you leave first but fall against my brother, that'll distract him while I get up."
I didn't have a better idea so I got to my feet clumsily and walked over to the door where Julian stood.
My heart lurched nervously as I got closer, I could barley look him in the eyes. I felt horrible. I couldn't do it, fall on him, I couldn't. Not when he was looking at me like that. Disgusted. He'd throw me off like some detestable fly.
I stood before and gave him a curtsy,
"Prince Julian," I stood straight again and began to walk past him but he stepped sideways blocking my path.I looked down not even baring to look him in the face. I wrung my fingers together nervously and waited.
"You really meant it, didn't you?"
He said roughly, I glanced up briefly and the look in his eyes made my heart hurt. "You really meant it. All of it.""Julian please-" I could feel tears prickling my eyes and I wanted so, so desperately to throw myself in his arms and beg for forgiveness.
"The activity starting in soon, I should go.""Then go," He snapped. "Leave, Just Leave Amelia."
It took all my will power to take this few futile steps, I bit my lips willing myself not to cry as I walked away from Julian. Every step straining the lump in my throat.
"Hold on," Damian called. He had managed to get to his feet and was now walking easily out the room. "We might as well walk back together since your the only one that knows where the activity is being held."
"Fine." Julian replied and began walking down the hall, Damian strode beside me and I felt a wave of anger.
"Why did you do that." I hissed, he turned to me, eyebrows raised coolly.
