Author's Note

Hey guys. So, last night, there was a reader that posted on the story that I supported rape on the chapter where Riley was raped. This reader deleted the comment, but writers can still see comments posted, even if they're taken down. 

For the reader that did that, this is an open letter to you. 

I want you to know how deeply hurt I am that you thought that. I saw it, and literally spent about thirty minutes crying. I did NOT write Riley being raped because I support rape. That is horrible, and obscene and I honestly don't understand how you could think that. 

I wrote Riley being raped, because that was the next step in her storyline. When I came up with her character, I already knew she was abused. I was abused, by my boyfriend and I didn't know how to escape it. Riley was my escape from it. I actually did manage to get away from my boyfriend, and I actually talked about a bad breakup in one of these chapters. That was it. 

Riley was raped, because in the show, "Rapey Davey" rapes Sasha and she kills herself to save the group. I love Sasha's character and I was planning on saving her and this was the way to do it. Next chapter, was going to be about Negan killing David and finding out Riley was gone, because like you said in you comment, Negan doesn't support rape. Which I do actually know. In case you were wondering. 

So. No, I do not, and I will not ever support rape. And I can't tell if you were just posting that to try and get attention, or because you wanted to fight with someone, or what, but this is not the first time you have posted something rude on my books. You need to stop. It's not cute, it's not funny, it's sad. It's sad that you have apparently nothing better to do with yourself than read books you seemingly hate, and leave rude and cruel comments on them. 

If you would like to read my books because you like them, that's great. I'd love to hear constructive criticism. 

But, the next rude or cruel comment you post, I will report you to Wattpad. 

To everyone else, I thank you guys so much for your support and you wonderful loving comments throughout writing this book. I love you all so much. It's going to be a few days before I write another chapter. I need to clear my head from all the emotions that the reader put into my head, I don't want to write with them in mind. 

But, don't worry, it's going to be pretty much happy from here on out.
