Ivy's POV

Now, everything seemed to be getting kinda funny, Liam and Catherine were glancing at each other at intervals while I laid there waiting for answers.

"Four hours?" I asked breaking the uncomfortable silence.

They both nodded in negation

"Six?"

"Twelve?"

"A whole day?"

They still kept nodding 'no', which made me worry, how long was I out cold?

"I'm tired of your guesses... Ivy it's being almost four days" Cath said as my eyes widened as soon as realization dawned upon me.

F.o.u.r days!!!!

It was then I studied Liam's features, his soft hazel eyes were having bags and they looked puffy- he's been crying.

Cath, on the other hand looked like  she'd been panicking, her hair was scattered all over the place and not in its usual bun.

It was then I put all the pieces together, they had been watching over me since I passed out, I guess they were scared that I won't...

"Ivy," Liam called out to me interrupting my line of thoughts, "I'm really sorry for acting like an immature jerk that day... I'm really sorry...I just don't know what would have happened if we lost you" he said his voice cracking, I could see the utmost sincerity he spoke with.

Kelvin was never this sincere when he apologized, Kelvin never felt bad for hurting me all those times he did, I could see that Liam wasn't like Kelvin and I guess something triggered that reaction out of him.

I took my hands to his face and wiped  his tears as the escaped from his eyes,

"Liam, I know you won't hurt me intentionally, and don't worry I'm here," I said trying to reassure him as he smiled a little and hugged me, I hugged him back, somehow being in his arms felt sooo right, like I belonged there.

"Cough...this is getting pretty intense...cough,cough" Cath said from the door, I had even forgotten that Cath was here, I took a small pillow and threw at her.

"Hey!!! What was that for?" She asked as she placed her hands on her hips,

"If you wanted to be hugged by me, you should have asked" I said smirking a bit

"Why would I want a hug from..." Cath was about to ask before Liam pulled her to the hug circle since she was only a few inches from the bed.

"Just shut up already, its obvious you felt left out" Liam said Catherine joined us

"The only reason I'm doing this, is because in my family,we simply love hugs" she said as we hugged for a few more seconds

"We love you too" I said as I looked down at the outfit I was wearing.

I was wearing a big tee which I presume to Liam's and a pair of  denim shorts.

"How the hell did I get out of my clothes and into these?" I asked half yelling

I looked around to see Liam with a devious smirk on his lips, 'oh Lord, please let it not be him', I  prayed within myself.

"Don't worry Ivy, it wasn't Liam who changed your clothes, I would never let that happen... I was the one who did" Cath said after smacking Liam's head.

I chuckled at the sight before me, I had made good friends here, I can't believe I'd be leaving in less than three weeks.

"Also, if you're worried about your job, I told your boss what happened but he insisted you'd work full shifts for three days" Liam said as he went out of the room.

My job hadn't even crossed my mind, I guess metal face had a lot of time to breathe without me,

"Cath, what about aunt Stacy?" I asked as soon as I recalled that my aunt would be worried sick about me

"Don't worry, she's been informed about what happened," Cath said as she held my phone, "also, I suggest you call Phoebe, she's been calling and keeping tabs on you"

This was the longest I had stayed away from my phone and bestie, two records at once.

I speed dialled her.

"Ivy, I've been worried sick about ya, how you feeling?hope you've eaten, were you given drugs and are you taking them?" She asked all at once as I laughed

"Pheebs, I'm doing great, I woke up not too long ago, so I pretty much don't know anything about my meds, how about you?" I asked as Catherine excused herself to go check up on Liam.

"I'm good, just home with Jason binge watching Salem... Now, tell me all  the deets, who was that guy?"

"What guy?" I asked a little bit startled

"You know the one who picked up your phone, the one with the husky voice?...Jason, I'm not trying to flirt, y'know I'm all yours babe... Now where was I? Tell me..."

"Calm down, did I just hear you call Jason babe, so you guys have stepped it up a bit, and I wasn't told, I feel betrayed..."

"That happened while you were in a slight coma, that wasn't my fault and Ivy I know you're trying to switch topics,I'm not falling for that, now tell me" Phoebe whined over the phone

"Okay, he's Liam"

"Liam?!!!? The boy who spilled perfect cappuccino on you?"

"Yeah, the one and only" I said sarcastically

"Ivy, I never knew you had eyes but I bet if his voice is that hot that he should be... "

"Pheebsss!!! We'd talk later," I said as Liam stepped in with a bowl of noodles

"Okay, say hi to him from me," she said as I bade her bye and took a whiff of the hot steaming noodles that Liam was holding.

Hot noodles + Liam = ?
