I wake up at a later hour than I usually do, 7:45. I don't mind it much, but it's still late. Mira stirs next to me. "Good morning," I say to her. "Morning," She says back. "What do you have planned for the day?" She follows up. "Honestly, nothing. I don't have anything planned for today." I tell her. She agrees with my plan. We get up and get dressed. It's starting to get cold, so I throw on a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt. I also grab a guitar and sling it on my back. "I never knew you had a guitar," Mira says. "I picked one up in Russia," I tell her. I know how to play some songs. We make some breakfast and eat, then get out of our dorm. Delta and Blu meet us, as they just woke up as well, and we go to the Cafe. Almost everyone's here. Maverick and Goyo aren't here yet. I walk over to Amaru. "Goyo's still sleeping, huh?" I ask her. "Yea. He's still a little jetlagged from our trip." She says. "Alright, just wanted to know. Thanks." I tell her. "Anytime." She says. I go and meet Mira at a table. She gives me a quick peck on the cheek. I pull out my guitar and start tuning it. No one notices I have a guitar until I start playing "Shepherd of Fire" by Avenged Sevenfold. (Song above.) I rock the song, and everyone applauds after I finish. "Well then, I guess I have some explaining to do," I say.
I walk up onto the stage. When I take a place at the podium, I bring out Ace of Spades. "Alright, this is what is known as a Stand. Only other Stand users can see it, except for when they don't, Only Stands can deal damage to other Stands, except for when they don't, and any damage done to a stand will be reflected onto the user, except for when it doesn't. If you can see it, congrats, you probably have a Stand. My Stand is Ace of Spades. I can draw a card and it gains power based upon the card I draw. Using my Stand, I managed to get out of the Mask base in Russia undamaged. So there's your explanation." I say. Everyone seems to understand.
Some of the people who could see Ace come up to me. Those people would be Delta and Blu. "Guys, we're Stand users and we never knew it," Blu says. We all watched JoJo's when we were younger. "How did you figure out you had a stand, Ult?" Delta asks. "Trial and error. I guessed songs of names I liked and 'Ace of Spades' summoned him." I say. "Hold on, maybe we could become the Rainbow Crusaders," Blu says. Delta tries his luck at a stand name. "Radio Gaga!" He says, and a stand appears. "Damn! We found Delta's!" Blu and I say. I write it down.
Stand Name: Radio Gaga
Stand Master: Alex "Delta" Cordova
Abilities: To be determined. (A/N: I'll put the Stand's abilities in my random book.)
After we find out Delta's stand and I write down its information, we all disband. I walk to my room. Mira is sitting on the couch attempting solo Zetsubo no Shima. I sneak up behind her without her noticing. I watch her as she attempts to shoot down the airplane. She misses. She goes a few more rounds trying to get the AA round and fails to get it. She gets a little angry and goes down. She turns off the console and turns around to see me. "Hey," I say. "How long have you been here?" She chuckles and says. "For as long as you've been trying to hit the airplane," I say. "Want to help me do that map later? I don't feel like playing it right now." She says. "Sure. Say, I kinda want to host a tournament in Multiplayer on that. All of the operators 1v1 until 1 winner is crowned. I'll be the judge, along with Blu because we've played that game way too much." I say. "I'm down. What time?" She asks. "After dinner, maybe. I'll text everyone." I say and pull out my phone. I text the group chat we have and everyone's cool to play. Even Harry decides he'll join us. This is just what everyone needs after a war, some rest and bullshitery. I relax in my room with Mira. We chat about families and past experiences. We start to make out, then someone knocks at the door. "Goddamnit," I say getting up and moving toward the door. I open it and Maestro and Alibi are there. "Hey! I haven't seen ya in a while! How ya been?" I ask them. Alibi answers first. "Amazing! We went to Vence and it was so cool!" She says. Maestro speaks now. "We haven't been to Italy in a while. I remember most of it, but she hardly got to visit. It was nice seeing my old teammates again. How are you guys?" Maestro asks as I let them in. "We've been good. The war was crazy. I was happy to see my old teammates again. The Corps is great, but I like Rainbow more." I tell him. Mira says almost the same thing. We offer them dinner. It's almost 18:30, and everyone usually cooks their own food on the days after a mission so the cooks don't have to make a ton of food. They accept and we have difficulty choosing what to make. Mira and Alibi want something fancy. Maestro wants something Italian. "I can do both! Just go wait in the dining area." I tell them. I start making food. I also put on "Il Vento D'oro" (Giorno Giovanna's theme) while I cook. The three in the dining area are talking about personal lives. When the song reaches it's 3:45 point, I serve the food. "Here we go! Focaccia for four! It's been a while since I made Italian food." I say placing the food in front of our guests and Mira and me. We all enjoy the food. Once we finish, Maestro and Alibi thank me and tell me how good the food was. Alibi helps me clean the dishes. Once we're done cleaning Alibi and Maestro leave. Mira and I take my Xbox and two controllers out to the cafe. We set up for the tournament. I set the game for 3 lives on Nuketown. Everyone starts to shuffle into the room and sees us. They take seats and wait for instruction. "Alright! Welcome to the grand Rainbow Call of Duty Gun Game tournament! The rules are simple, get a kill with each gun to win. First up, Harry and Warden!" I say. The ladder was randomly chosen. Warden and Harry take their spots and Blu goes over how to play and everything like that. Once they feel comfortable, they are off. Warden takes an early lead. Harry then makes a comeback. Once Warden reaches the last weapon, Harry steps it up and manages to win. Everyone cheers for Harry. I move him up the ladder. It's single-elimination, so Warden is knocked out of the tourney. Next up, Lesion and Fuze. Fuze manages to win. The rest of the operators keep competing and knocking each other out until four remain: Harry, Dokka, Bandit, and Thermite. It's Harry versus Bandit and Thermite versus Dokka. Thermite and Dokka are up first. They are rather even throughout the game, but it's Thermite who takes the game. Harry and Bandit's game is rather quick. Bandit takes the lead early and takes the win with ease. "Holy shit! Bandit's a god!" I hear Blu say. "True. Now, time for the final match. Thermite versus Bandit. Wall-breaker Supreme versus Wall-defender Supreme. Now, the moment you've all been waiting for. Ready, FIGHT!" I say and Bandit and Thermite's game starts. Bandit gets an early start but gets stuck on the snipers. Thermite takes advantage and picks up a lead. Once Bandit gets off the snipers Thermite is trying to get the final kill. Bandit manages to even the game out while he does. They brawl in between the busses. Thermite manages to take the final kill when Bandit misses his shots. Everyone cheers when Thermite wins. Hibana tackles him and gives him a shower of kisses. I lean over to Blu and Delta. "Looks like someone's getting lucky tonight." I say. They laugh. I tell them goodbye and take my Xbox back to my room. Mira helps with this. Once we move everything back and plug it all up, we run through a gun game. She wants to see why I didn't play. I show her and completely mop the floor with her. I play a flawless game, going 20 and 0. "Wow. Now I know. How about we go to bed?" She asks. "Sure. I'm really tired. It's been a hard day of nothing. Let's get some sleep." I say. I throw off my shirt and get into bed. Mira and I snuggle up and fall asleep.
