Chapter 8:hope

She wake up with someone knocking on her door ,she stood up and walk to open it

'Good morning madam'

'Good morning Rose'

'Mr Smith said you should get ready,you will be leaving in an hour '

'OK thanks '

She close the door and walk to the bathroom, spending about twenty minute,she walk out ,blow her hair dry ,leaving it to fall on her back after giving it a loose curl at the end,she walk to her walk in closet ,picking a white long gown.

She put on her silver hill and some jewelries ,putting some of the thing she will be needing inside her silver purse ,she check her self one more time before exceeding her room

She walk down the stair to the living room,she meet Kenneth standing and she walk up to him

'I'm ready'

'You look ...gorgeous love'he said kissing her forehead

'Thanks and you are not bad yourself'she replied smiling

'Let go'

'If I may ask, what is the event you are having today 'she said while matching his pace

'A get together party of the whole Smith's family, we have this every year before Christmas'

'OK do I need to get a gift'

'Don't worry honey I prepare that for you already,we only give my parent gift'

'What do you get'she said,they got to the car and he open the passenger's door for her,he close it and got to the driver's sit

'A car,my driver will be bringing it'

'But....that's just for you'

'On behalf of me and my wife'

'It's my responsibility, beside I gave you a shot notice '

'Can I know about your family'

'It's a family of six,I have three siblings and they are all girls,I'm the third born,my father and mother ,my two eldest sister are married with children'

'Ok'

'I need to tell you this,my younger sister is somehow stubborn, drama queen and a loud speaker I hope you can endure it'

They got to the house, Kenneth get down and open the car door for her,he put his hand on her waist and they match to the door

She get use to his touch but he still makes her nervous and giving her this sensation that she can't even explain ,its feel warm to be in his arm

He get to the door and press the door bell ,waiting patiently, she took in a deep breath, this is the first time she will be meeting his whole family after the wedding though they never talk on that day,she gurped nervously hoping his parents will at least like her if not love

The door was open by a lady around 19,she squealed and run to the living room ,Kenneth giving her the 'I told you look'

They walk inside and down the hallway

'Are you OK'Kenneth asked her seeing how her hold on her purse tighten

'Yeah'she replied 'just nervous' she added

'Mum ,his wife is so beautiful'she heard a voice said probably the girl which open the door for them

'Who?'another voice asked
