I walked through the leaves, them crunching under my feet as Benn followed behind me and Eddie swatted away spider webs, consistently asking where we were going.

"Here we are!" Ben clapped his hands together and kicked through the leaves, finding the hatch and yanking it open.

"No fucking way." Eddie looked down into the bunker, shaking his head.

"We already clean out the dust and..." Ben reached into his pocket, pulling out three shower caps and handing one to him and I, "courtesy of Stan."

Eddie chewed on his lip, almost as if he was debating going down, but thank god he did. I followed behind and Ben helped me off the steps.

"What're you doing here?" Eddie smiled, spotting Stan hanging up lights. He turned around and smiled back at us.

"What is this?" Eddie squinted, trying to see us through the dark, but Stan clicked the christmas lights on. Eddie stared up and smiled, which made me smile widely.

I looked over at Ben, who was staring at me with soft eyes. I intertwined my fingers with his, which made him blush.

"Your coming out party!" Stan announced, smiling.

"There would be more people but... you know." I shrugged. Eddie looked at me as his eyes welled up with tears.

"Guys..." He choked out. I smiled softly and pulled him into a hug, Ben joining and Stan eventually joining too.

"Thank you guys." He cried into my shoulder.

"Course." Ben replied.

"You're so brave, Eds." I sighed, squeezing him a little tighter. I could feel him smiling.
