One day, Lucifer goes with Eve for one day and he's changed.
"I didn't want to be the friend who rats them out to their girlfriend but.. I don't think Eve understands what she's asking of Lucifer."
I sigh, I look at Esther who stares around the room.
"It's like she has no regards of how his and her actions reflect on other people."
"Or his daughter." I say quietly. "I know this is a lot to ask of you but if I have a conversation with Lucifer about this, I might need a place to crash for the night.. or two." I say.
"Yeah, Trixie will love having you over." Chloe smiles.
"Are you sure? I mean Esther still wakes up at night and I don't want to disturb you-"
"Seriously, it's fine. Trixie sleeps like a rock and crying babies don't faze me anymore."
"Okay," I take a deep breath. "Let's hope I don't see you tonight."
"Same to you." She says before I leave the conference room to go to Ella's lab.
She seemed mad.
"What's wrong?" I ask her.
"God and I are on rocky terms." She growled. Before walking away.
I look confused but prepared to go home and have a conversation with the devil.

I hid the bag in Essies closet, letting her nap before waiting for Lucifer downstairs.
He walks in with Eve, smiling.
"Hello, darling. How was your day?"
"I went to the studio, we start practicing soon." I say, greeting Eve.
They had came home late so I had finished eating dinner.
I waited upstairs for Lucifer to come in, getting more nervous by the second.
"You seem jumpy, what's got your knickers in such a twist?" Lucifer jokes.
"Chloe and I talked today." I said standing up, his smile immediately falls from his face.
