I walk downstairs to see Lucifer playing piano with Esther on his lap, occasionally bashing the keys.
"Like an image passing by, my love, my life. In the mirror of your eyes, my love, my life. I can see it all so clearly, all I love so dearly. Images passing by, like reflections of your mind, my love, my life."
He sang, a smile graced my lips.
I walked over to Lucifer, sitting beside him. Esther's hand grabbing my finger.
"I held you close to me, felt your heart beat and i thought, I am free. Oh yes, and as one we in the now and beyond." He sang, his hands playing the keys on the piano.
"Yes, I know I don't possess you. With all my heart, god bless you, you are still my love and my life." The song finished and Lucifer looked over at me, smiling.
"You two are so cute." I smile kissing him.
"If that came from anyone else I'd be mad." He chuckled, kissing my forehead.
"Essie, you like daddy playing for you, don't you?" I coo, taking her out of Lucifers lap, pressing kisses all over her face.
She squeals, her eyes locking with her dads.
"Dadaaaa!" She giggles. I gasp, I turn her around to see her. She has her fist in her mouth but a big smile.
"What did you say? Say it again, say dada!" I smile, a giggle escapes her lips.
"Dada!" Lucifer takes her from my arms, kissing her face.
"My little devil, you are amazing." He smiled, Essie hugged her dad, making me smile.
"Essie! My smart girl!"

I knew something was wrong, I just didn't know what.
Lucifer had been pulling away, becoming distant, again.
He barely talked to us and drank more and more.
I tried to talk to him about it but he just said he would figure it out himself, gave me a smile and kissed me.
He said he needed time to think.
which was odd since he never asked for time by himself, I would usually just give it to him.
I talked to Chloe and turns out, there's a prophecy.
