Goodbye, I Love You (Aoba x Dying Male reader)

You were in a fight alongside Aoba, Noiz, Koujaku, Clear and Mink against a gang of members from Morphine. You and the others heard Morphine was rising again, so you all had to stop them from doing something horrible. You all fought as much as you all could. Until...

...You were stabbed in the stomach by a Morphine member. You saw Aoba was fighting a Morphine member and the member pulled out a knife and was about to stab Aoba. Yet, you blocked the attack and took the blow. "(Y/n)!" Screamed Aoba.

Yet, Aoba accidently used Scrap on you and went into your mind.

[Inside your mind]

Unlike the other minds Aoba went into, there was light instead of darkness. He saw you stand in the center of your mind with the bloody stab wound in your stomach. Yet, despite that large wound, you were smiling. "Thanks for everything Aoba. I love you." You said to him.

Aoba smiled at you and said, "You'll be alright. You're off to a better place."

Yet, he still wanted to save you.

The others managed to take down the other Morphine members. Aoba woke up and saw you still on the ground. He went to you and said, "(y/n), are you alright?"

You opened your eyes weakly and mumbled, "You used Scrap on me, did you?"

Aoba nodded, and you smiled. He held you in his arms and said, "Aoba, I'm so glad I met you and all your friends. I'm so happy."

Everyone else surrounded you and Aoba and you continued, "Thank you all for being with me and each other. Promise me that all of you will put aside your differences and accept each other completely."

Everyone nodded. That meant Koujaku and Noiz had to stop bickering or you'd be unhappy. "Aoba..." You said, voice trailing away, "I love you the most. Don't forget it...please..."

Aoba now hugged you normally, on the brink of tears. "Please (y/n), don't go! I can still save you!" He cried.

"You...already did...Aoba." You gasped.

Aoba's eyes widened at your words. You hugged him tighter. "Just remember..." You gasped, "...even though I'm not here physically, I'll always be with you..."

Your grip loosened, and you died. "(Y/n)..." Aoba cried softly.

Everyone was really sad and torn up. Mink then said, "God, have mercy on his soul."

Aoba hugged you tighter. "Is he really gone?" Moaned Clear.

Aoba refused to say anything. Everyone cried for you. But if you were never there, everyone would have never put aside their differences, and like you said, you always were with them, even if they couldn't see you.

[Sorry this is short too. I remembered seeing something like this with Noiz instead of Aoba. In my opinion, I just thought Aoba made more sense.]
