I wake up shivering. My head is pounding. I try to stand up, and that's when I realize I'm my feet and hands are bound in chains.
"Hello?" I call, pushing back the feeling of wanting to hurl."Enjoying the cold floor?" A voice says. I look up, but my vision is too blurry.
"W-who are you?" The figure crouches in front of me, my vision clearing as they-he gets closer."I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself have I? Brianna, I'm your brother." I laugh, the sound echoing off the concrete walls.

"That doesn't prove anything." I spit.
"Good thing I have a backup." He chuckles.I stare at the picture of my dad holding a young boy. I look at the date. Three years before I was born.
"If you don't believe me, look." He pulls out the same candy bottle from the picture.
"How-"
"So little sis, we've got a lot to catch up on."The man- ugh, my brother, leaves for a few minutes, returning a few minutes later with a metal tray of food.
"What is this, a prison?" I spit. He rolls his eyes, laughing.
"I can't have you at your full strength can I? It'd be easier for you to get away." I shrink back towards the wall, welcoming it's cold touch.
