Bughead oneshots

Not approved

Betty's mom did not approve of her's and Jughead's relationship. She never did because she always wanted her daughter to end up with Riverdale's very own golden boy. Too bad Betty never saw the poor boy other than a friend, and even if Alice wanted Betty and Archie to end together the rest of river dale always thought that Jughead and Betty were soulmates, no matter how much Alice hated him. 

They met at age 6 in Kindergarten, one day during recess Jughead saw Cheryl and Veronica pushing Betty around and throwing sand on her, he stood up the them and they left her alone since then. That's when they because best friends, not that Alice liked that but she dealt with it to keep her daughter happy.

At age 11 Jughead's mom left him with his drunk of a father and she was there to help him when he didn't feel good. It was also the year that they started middle school, and when he fell into a depression thanks to all the bullying that they did to him, she was there to help. Alice still didn't approve but because Jughead had lost his mom she let it slide. 

He was there for her at age 15 even though she had left him and hand gone out to hang out with the popular kids. Not that Betty wanted that, her mom had forced her to change friendships because she no longer approved of her friendship with Jughead, Betty didn't even get the chance to explain why she no longer hung out with him. However to her luck he was always there when she needed. Even if it hurt him a little bit, if it meant that he was helping her, he would push all of that pain away. This is when he realized he loved her, and to his luck she loved him back. She then told him everything that her mom had made her do, and they promised each other that nothing would ever come in the way of their friendship.

At age 16 he asked her out. He took her to the sweetwater river on a cool night. No one was around which to them was perfect. He hadn't even finished saying the sentence when she already had her lips on his, as a way of saying yes. 

They kept their relationship from their mother for a whole year. Both of them were scared that she would force them to breakup. Which is exactly what happened when she found out on Betty's birthday party. Which is were they are now. 

"Betty, a serpent really? How low could you go?" Alice said. 

"Mom really? I love Jughead! And you are very wrong if you think you can keep me away from him." 

Then she came to the realization that he had just said that she loved jughead for the very first time. "Oh my god, Jughead I love you" Betty turned from her mother to look at him. He was full on smiling, and she swore she could've seen a tear form in his eye. 

"Betty I love you too baby" and he leaned in to kiss her.  

"No! I do not approve of this young lady! You will breakup with him at this very moment!" Alice yelled.

"No sorry mom, now if you excuse me, we have plans. Right jug?" she didn't give him a chance to answer and dragged him out of the house. "Betty what was that for? And were are we going?" Jughead asked. Betty kept quiet and eventually they ended up at the sweet water river.

"Jug I know my mom does not approve of us, but if you want to, I want us to be in the long haul."

"Yes baby. you and me forever."
