Soulmate AU

This AU is where if your soulmate cuts or gets hurt it would appear on the other soulmate. (Twist if your soulmate is killing themselves or getting killed then the other soulmate would feel it but not die)

**Third-person narrative**

Evan was awoken by a sharp pain in his arm. He saw a cut on his arm and a little bit of blood was dripping at down his arm. A few more cuts were on his arm. Evan felt a tear trickling down his cheek. Evan wiped the tear away and put on a shirt. Evan was afraid that his dad would find out his soulmate was cutting themselves. Evan's dad would think he was cutting himself because he was abusing him. 

Unfortunately, his dad noticed the cut. "Did you cut yourself?!" Evan's dad yelled. "N-no, sir." Evan said. Evan felt like dying. He wish he could just die right now. "Don't lie to me!" Evan's dad yelled.  "I-It might have been my soulmate..." Evan said. Evan's dad slapped him. Evan fell back and whimpered in pain. "Don't give me that shit!! You know there is no such thing as fucking soulmates!!" Evan's dad yelled. Evan could feel tears falling down his cheeks.

Meanwhile, Conner was drinking milk and flew back like someone slapped him. "What the fuck?" Conner questioned what happened. The milk was spilled all over the floor. "Conner, are you okay?" Conner's mom asked, helping Conner up. 

"Looks like my soulmate just got slapped by someone..." Conner said looking around at the scene at hand. Conner started cleaning up the mess but couldn't help but worry about his soulmate. 

Meanwhile, Evan tried not to cry. Evan rushed out the door and Conner was waiting for him. Evan wiped away the tears that were forming. "Hey, what's wrong?" Conner asked as Evan just hugged Conner. 

"N-nothing just my dad is mad at me as always." Evan said. "Did he hurt you?" Conner asked. "Ya. It's normal, right?" Evan said, unlatching from Conner. "Um no..." Conner said getting worried. "So wait, dads aren't supposed to slap, hit, just any type of hurting their child?" Evan asked quietly. "Um, fuck no they aren't! How long has this been happening to you?" Conner asked. "Pretty much ever since I was born..." Evan mumbled. Conner was furious. 

"I'm sorry Conner... I should have done something..." Evan said almost crying. "Hey, it's not your fault. All kids learn from there parents Ev." Conner said. "Can we not go in there right now? I don't want my dad to hit you." Evan said. 

"Ev, I don't want you to go anywhere near him." Conner said pulling out his phone. "W-what are you doing?" Evan asked quietly. "I'm calling the police." Conner said, casually. Conner called the police and the police came and took Evan's fucking Homophobic dad that no one would care about if he lived or died in a fucking hole.

"C-conner?" Evan said, playing with the hem of his shirt. "Ya?" Conner said. Evan kissed Conner softly. Evan pulled. "Th-thank you." Evan said blushing.
