3rd Person's P.O.V
Ever since that moment in the practice room, You and Jennie were closer than ever. You taking her out and She visits your practice room every time she could. Every time you see her, your feelings just got deeper.
"Aish! What are you doing to me Jennie Kim?" You groaned out in frustration as you don't know what to do anymore. "Confess to her dumbass!" Your mind says to you.
You badly wanted to do that for ages! If only it was as easy as picking apples out of trees. Your afraid...Afraid to lose her, afraid to lose your friendship better yet, afraid to lose the love of your life. Call it cliché but that's how you felt.
Your POV
"What should I do? I love her but I don't know if she does too."
"Try confessing kiddo" A well recognized voice said.
"Jin-hyung I can't." I muttered out
"Why can't you? Nothing's holding you back so why don't you do it?" He asked in a matter of fact tone.
"It doesn't matter"
"Your not the only one who likes her. Remember that. Someone might just snatch her up if yo-"
"I'M AFRAID OKAY?!" You admit but it didn't come out the way you wanted it to.
"I figured. You love her right?" You just nod in response.
"Do you think she's worth the risk?" He asked, You were about to answer but he cuts you off.
"Think about it. I don't need your answer. Your heart does." Then he walked out.
Damn...I fell for you hard
Jennie's POV
I was getting ready because (Y/n) asked me to have dinner with him and he said he's gonna pick me up earlier than usual.
"Going out with (Y/n) again?" Jisoo unnie asked.
"Umm...Yes why?"
"Are you dating or something?" She asked playfully.
"Don't be silly unnie. He's just my best friend. Besides, we can't date according to YG right?" I chuckled nervously
"But what about kai? You like him obviously." She said seriously
"I don't see anything wrong with it." I spat back
"Oh Jennie think about what you just said." She replied sadly
"He likes you Jen why can't you see that? (Y/n) likes you!"
"That's not true...I only see him as my Best Friend so that's not possible." I remarked
"How about him? Do you know how he actually feel?" I don't understand why Jisoo unnie is stressing over this.
"Do you know how he feels?" I asked emphasising the word you.
"I don't know it...I see it. Over time, he also become my Best Friend jen. I saw the way he's looking at you. He looks at you the way he used to look at her ex which he truly loved." She said almost shouting.
"You know? You can only truly see the importance of someone when they're gone."
"Why are you telling me this?" I asked
"I don't want to see you hurt in the end Jennie. Are you certain that everything will be the same if you and Kai will be together? Your gonna lose him Jen. Love truly makes people blind." That's the last thing she said before walking out.
