This would be a forced God Error idea, also a forced Creator Ink also.

A very long time ago Fate grabbed Error, and twisted him into Error.
Every 25-100 years Fates magic wanes and Error transforms back into his past self, this Sans (probably Geno if were going by Crayonsverse) only knows That he seems to be skipping through time.
Ink meanwhile is the only one that knows whats going on, as Error doesn't remember when his true self wakes up.
I see hijink's as the others meet this Sans on the days he exists again, or Reaper if you use Geno.
Especially as Ink hates fighting Error, as Error doesn't even get to remember his day of being Free, he's been searching for ways to free the Sans/Error with no luck.
