No, No!
A shadow-like figure, appeared to be seen,
His violent red eyes peered into mine,
I couldn't breathe, couldn't scream,
I was frozen in time.
He lunged for my body, as I stayed immobilized.
Weak... weak... what a weak girl I am,
his hands reach closer to me, and I can't move.
Dear God hear me, I don't know what to do.
Awaking in a cold sweat I take in my surroundings,
I'm home. I'm safe. Surrounded in warmth.
My mind will always be a dangerous place, playing upon my fears,
as blessings arrive, so will many tears.
My nightmares, I'll use as fuel to let my courage reappear.
