As I walk by, you whisper in your mind,
"I'm fine."
But I can see it in your eyes,
You know, I know, you lie.
What happened to never letting go?
Now you're someone I don't know...
I hate seeing you suffer,
keeping your tears from others.
They don't deserve to know,
but what about the one that never let you under?
I'm sorry, I'll be here when you're ready.
Until then, I'll try not to take it to heart and keep steady.
Don't hurt in silence,
show secrets in defiance.
I plea, Don't be someone they want to see.
