If there really is a universe within a single moment of contemplation...
Where do we exsist within it?
Things you don't care for, things you see every day.
In a breath,
A moment,
It can be stripped away.
Thinking it'll never happen to us, is ignorance.
Knowing it will and being apathetic, is baseless defiance.
A flower poses many threats despite the pertinent beauty.
A rose hides its thorns, a daisy hides poison in the lifeblood, and poppies leave a surreal scent behind.
But behind every flower, behind every breath on earth; the scars we bear, boldly or not, were not mistakenly placed.
You may remember, and you may never.
The importance of it, is to Keep Moving.
If a flower is hidden from the light and stays still, it will surely die amidst the hussle and bustle of life.
