learning

so I ended up having a big scratch on my face and my face was just all jacked up. it really,really sucked.

I passed the living room at the jacks house and shawn was in there. I really didn't care though. I got a bag of chips from the kitchen and sat across from him. our eyes were glued on the tv.

"I miss you" shawn blurted out.

"cool" I said as I stuffed a chip in my mouth.

"the whole liz thing sucks" he said.

"yup,having your boyfriend getting
your sister pregnant reallyyy sucks" I said while stuffing more chips in my mouth.

"don't you miss us?" shawn asked while looking at me.

"there was never "us",shawn. you never asked me out. all you did was get with my sister" I said.

"well you got with taylor"

"that was after you and liz got all funky" I said.

"I thought you would miss us" shawn said sadly.

"funny how after my sister is with someone else,then you come after me. feels really good shawn."

I'm really over him so I decide to go to johnsons room. so maybe we could talk and all that fun stuff.

"hey Johnson!" I say as I entered his room

"hey madeline" he said with his face in his pillow

"what's wrong?" I asked.

"nothin,I've just been down lately" he states

"well let's do somethin fun then" I suggested

"like what?" Johnson asks

"let's go to the movies!" I say getting a little excited.

"I'm up for that" he says.

"awesome! can you take me to the boys house so I can get ready?" I ask

"sure,just let me get ready real quick" he says and I exit his room.

//10 mins later\\

Johnson finally gets out and we head to the boys house. we get there and I change. when I was done, we went back out back to his car.

"aye you know how to penny board?" he asks

"nope" I say.

"want me to teach you?" he asks.

I think about it for a second. what if I embarrass myself? well I should probably learn tho.

"uhh sure. why not." I say.

he pops out a penny board for him and i from his truck.

"here,step on the board" he said while putting his hands on my waist for balance.

he then helps me through it and I held his hand the whole time because I was scared.

after several tries he speaks up.

"try it by yourself now" he says encouragingly.

"ok but if I fall,your paying for all my medical bills" I say jokingly

I start to ride it and actually move on it. I did it!!!

"I did it Johnson!whooo hoooo!" I yell victoriously

I jump off the board and run to hug him.

"I knew you could do it" Jack says
smiling.

"thank you" I say.

"let's ride to the movies now" he says
"okay but I'm not sure if I could go that far."

"it's okay,you could just walk and I'll walk with you if you wanna stop." he suggested

we rode to the movies and it was really fun. during the movie,I got a call from Jack G. I couldn't answer it because we were in deep in the movie already. I decided that I was just gonna call him back later.

the movie ended and we penny boarded back to the boys house.

"hey wanna stay at our house for a while? I thought it might be hard to live in a house where your boyfriend is pregnant with your sister" Johnson says

"sure i guess" I say.

I run inside and get lots and lots of clothes to stay over at their house.
i pass my taylors room on the way and barge in.

I see him just on phone texting.
"taylor,we're done. you suck. have fun being a dad!" I yell and run out the door.

I jump in his car and we drove off to the jacks house.
