Kara wakes up in a small bedroom still in He legion base with Nia making her bed on the other side of the room.
"Morning!" Nia says as Kara rolls out of bed. "morning.." Kara replies with a raspy voice ask the stretches and rubs her eyes to wake up.
Kara walks out of her room to see mon-el sitting on a couch. "Morning sunshine!" He says with a smile. "Good morning!" She replies walking over the mon-el sitting down on the couch, nestling her head on his shoulder.
"Such a beautiful view." Kara says gazing out the window. "Yeah, it really is." Mon-el replies.
"There's breakfast in the kitchen." He says looking down at her. Her eyes light up. "Are there hash browns!?" She asks hopefully. "I think so!" Mon-el says laughing "C'mon, let's go see." He adds as he walks toward the kitchen. "Ooh I hope there is!!!" She says following closely behind him.
OUTDOOR CAFE IN NATIONAL CITY—————————————————
Alex is sitting down bopping her leg up and down anxiously across from Kelly.
"Kelly.. we need to talk." Alex says avoiding eye contact with Kelly.
"Yea, what's up?" Kelly replies. "I..We.. uh.." Alex takes a deep breath and continues, " this isn't going to work.. between us. I- I need to focus on my job, and.. and getting a kid. Right now my sister needs me. And I need time to figure out what I really want to be my future. You're really a great girl. But.. I'm sorry." Alex says.
Kelly looks shocked "wow.. thats fine.. I understand. I hope we can still be friends though!" Kelly says. "Of course!"
Alex says. Her phone dings she looks down and reads the text. "I gotta go. I'm so sorry!" Alex says walking away. "O-okay. Bye!" Kelly says.
