Kara and Mon-el walk up to a woman working there. "Excuse me?" Kara says. "Hello!" The woman replies. "Hi!" They say in unison.
"My name is Mike Matthews, this is my wife Kara. Um, we're new to the whole adoption thing.. we were wondering what we had to do to possibly be able to adopt Melena?" Mon-el says.
"Oh! You're interested in adoption. Lily Andrews, nice to meet you*she shakes their hands*." The woman says. "Follow me over to my office and we can talk more about it!" Lily adds.
Kara and mon-el follow her into her office. They sit down "so, there's some paperwork that you need to sign then we can get you into the system. After that it's just a waiting game till they make sure you're all checked out and capable to raise Melena properly." Lily says.
"Okay, Let's do this!" Kara says.
Lily opens up ones of her drawers and pulls out a paper. "So, Mr. And Mrs. Matthews, you're just going to need to fill out this paperwork then at the bottom just put your signatures individually here and here then you'll be all set." She says. Kara and mon-el sign the papers. "great! Well update you within the next couple weeks!" Lily says.
"Thank you so much!" Mon-el says.

Alex is in the DEO talking to Winn. Kara and mon-el walk in. "There you are!" Alex says to them. "Where have you been?! I haven't seen you in like 2 days!" She continues.
"We've been busy.." Kara says. "What's so important that you can't come to work for 2 days?!" Alex asks.
"It's nothing." Kara says. "So, what have we missed?" Mon-el asks trying to change the subject.
"Nothing much. We've tried to locate Brainiac but he must have put some sort of scrambler on the tracker we put on him, because every time we somewhat locate him it moves from 6 blocks away to like Siberia or something.." Winn says.
"Anything else?" Kara asks. "Just some robberies and stuff but we had the police, brainy, and dreamer on that." Winn replies.
"Okay." Mon-el says. "Is there anything going on now that we can help with?." He continues. "Nope, it's been pretty quiet!" Winn replies.
"Ookay." Kara says "we should train then." She adds.
"Sounds good!" Mon-el says following her to the sparring room.
