....Kara gives Melena a big hug and says bye then walks over to mon-el.
"You ready?" He asks. "Just a sec, come here." Kara says leading him over to one of the girls working at the orphanage.
"Hello, Kara Matthews and this is my husband, Mike. Today I spent a lot of time with a little girl named Melena. What all do you know about her and her family?" Kara asks.
"Hi Mr and Mrs Matthews! I'm Harper. We pretty much know nothing about her family. She was dropped at an orphanage about 9 months after the Daxamite invasion. When Mel was just a newborn. She had this little paper on her that said 'Melena' so we assumed it was her name. When we tried to give her shots and stuff for tests but we couldn't. Her skin was impenetrable to the needle. Which was odd, so we're almost positive she's an alien, we just don't know what kind." The girl says.
"Wow." Kara says. "We'd better get going, babe." Mon-el says to Kara. "Oh, Okay." Kara says. As they walk out Kara looks at melena coloring and smiles.

Brainiac is in a room working on a device. Lena walks in. "What took you so long?" He asks.
"The Luthor Orphanage opened today and it took longer than I expected." She replies setting down her stuff. "How's it coming?" Lena asks walking over to him. "Better than expected. It's almost done." He replies. "Wonderful." She says with a wicked smirk.
