Lost Minds

The game

We arived at the game. We got out of the car and walked up the bleachers to our friends.

"Oh my God hiii, you guys made it" she said. While giving ari a hug and then coming towards me.

"Hey Kat long time no see" I said while hugging her. Me and Kat met freshman year although we kinda fell out of contact last year but we still texted once in a while.

"How have you been?" Kat asked. Kat doesn't know about my parents I plan on telling her cause I consider her a close friend. I'm just scared to tell her.

"Everything's good, how about you?" I ask

"Its been amazing I just got a dog her name is kiwi and I absolutely adore her" kat said.

"Awe" we said in unison.

"Can we come meet her one day?" I asked.

"Oh of course how about on Sunday will that work everyone come over to my house and we'll have a sleep over!" Kat suggested excitedly.

"Oh my god yes its a plan we're coming on Sunday and having a sleep over" I said excited. The game was starting we sat down and talked. We heard the band start playing so we watched them walk onto the field. My eyes went straight to colby. He looked at me and smiled, I smiled back.

The game finally ended me and ari we're talking with our friends during the game. People were leaving we were just sitting and talking. We screamed when we heard some one yell behind us. I looked beheind me and saw Sam and colby laughing.

"Why would you do that!" I said while slapping his arm.

"Ow jeez it was just a joke sorry" he said.

"Anyways what are you guys talking about?" Sam asked.

"Well before we rudely got interrupted we were planning a girls night so they could meet my new puppy" Kat said.

"Are we invited" Sam asked.

"Uh let me think...no cause its a girls night" Kat said.

"Aw man really wanted to go" Sam said. We all bursted into laughter. I felt my phone buzz so I pulled it to look. It was a text from my mother.

M: where the hell are you

L: I'm at the game remember

M: well get home now you have chores

L: I'll just do them later

M: No you're coming home now or else you lose everything

L: fine

"Sorry I gotta leave guys ari you can stay I'll just have your mom drop me off and she can come back" I said.

"No I'm coming with you I don't want you to be alone" ari replied. Ari knows if she's there that there is a less chance my mother would hit me. I gave her a small smile.

"Ok I'll text your mom to come pick us up" I said while turning to walk away.

"Oh wait Lillian" colby said.

"Yes?" I said turning back around

"Uh can I have your number?" Colby asked hesitantly.

"Sure" I said walking back towards him. ' Why was he so nervous to ask me for my number, probably not an important reason.'

"Hand me your phone I'll type it in" I said holding my hand out.

"Here" he said while giving me his phone. I typed my number in and handed his phone back.

"There you go you can text me soon so I can save your number. Bye guys see ya on Sunday Kat" I said while walking down the bleachers.

"Bye ari, bye Lillian" they yelled towards us.

We waved and then got in the car and drove towards my place. We arived at my place.
"you coming in ari?" I asked stepping out of the car.

"Yeah I am bye mom love you" she said getting out of car.

"Bye girls, oh and lillian if you ever wanna spend night just come over we always have room for you" Mrs. Rose said.

"I will bye Mrs.rose" I said and watched her drive off.

"You ready" ari asled.

"No but I just gotta deal with it lets go" I said walking up the steps to the front door. I opened the door and walked in ari not far behind me. I walked out to the living to room.

"OH MY GOD" I said turning around.

"NO" ari said turning around as well.

"I'm actually gonna puke" I said walking towards the trash can.
